360Eyes Pro

Have been using 360eyes ( not pro ) for a year. It worked fine. In the past month the picture was not clear and cameras were slow to respond to app. The Pro version popped up as an upgrade and information that Stated I had to upgrade , no choice. Now my cameras either don't respond at all or I get shots of the floor and nothing else, the two way audio also no longer works. I am going to find different cameras and make sure they are not associated with the 360 eyes app.

It doesn't have playback speed control so you'll have to manually search second by second if you don't know the exact moment in time. It doesn't allow for shared account to look for video history so your significant other cannot help you search for thief. The video files stored in memory card has .h264 file extension which is difficult to be played in PC, and when you can play it, it doesn't really show anything, probably due to the encryption which I don't know how to turn it off.

I have 4 light bulb cameras they worked when storing to the cloud, but none of them record to the SD cards within them. The app doesn't send my feed back asking for help, no matter what the subject I select from the drop down menu. I've tried each one several time, and I keep getting a message failed to send pop-up. The system is worthless if it doesn't record.

Over a good app but a bit clunky. Constructive feedback for areas of improvement: 1. Panoramic picture setting option only allows one latitute angle. Needs to have more. 2. When you check the timezone sync it crashes the app. 3. It does not support Daylight Savings Time. This is no good if using in the UK. 4. App needs to have a home shooting angle position that it needs to return to every 15mins. If motion detection is on it seems to be triggered by all sorts including moving leaves.

Unbelievably stable and responsive for a free solution. The camera has performed exceptionally and is in an exclusively outdoor environment. I've experienced none of the issues mentioned by other reviewers and they (2) are both outside so at areas challenging to residential wifi. I've built and managed large commercial network based surv solutions and the speed and reliability of the combined overall performance is faster when connectivity and camera control are of performance goals.

The video is clear. The problems are 1. You cannot modify that it will focus on the nearest object when movement is detected. 2. Cloud storage is so expensive. I tried to check if possible to select your own cloud storage but it doesn't have that option. Only the puwell cloud storage. I am now looking for a better CCTV.

The app keeps stopping and asking me to re-login. Also, my camera that is designed to be mounted on the wall is detected as ceiling or floor (horizontal) which makes it drop straight down from time to time and there are only horizontal modes available. There is no possibility to freeze the camera in place so it doesn't suddenly film the floor

After using it for months...I given 3 stars because during play back..I must forward manually. Not easy to fwd looping 10 seconds. My another CCTV apps during playback I can forward for the recorded scene to jump every 10 seconds ( moving automatically) Perhape 360Eyes can improve in this.

Do yourself a massive favour. Use this app only to set up your camera (if it even lets you do that). Once you're happy with the setup, enable the ONVIF stream and use any other app that isn't this one, because otherwise you'll have a video stream that cuts out every two minutes or so. It never, ever lasts longer.

Nice system, with one exception, the camera's are difficult to connect to closed router systems (those without direct internet access), and the "modes" selections do not work as detailed in the instructions. Nonetheless, the cameras and system are pretty cool and have nice features most cameras don't have.

I managed to install the app and set up 5 cameras without any significant problems. But the app (on a phone running Android 7.0) keeps shutting down suddenly and without warning. However, once the app is stable, then navigating and adjusting the cameras works well.

The app is okay. The quality is definitely not HD. I have to hard close the app everytime I reopen it. When I open the app when it's open on the background it just stays stuck. Also I made a 360 view thing hooked up to the camera but I can not delete it. Needs some minor tweaks this app

Ugly 2000th interface. The app glitches in many ways - collapses when I try to sync it with the phone timezone, doesn't open the app when I press the alarm notification from it (have to find and open it manually). But when I've discovered there's no rewind option on a playback of recorded videos, I gave up. It's simply useless app. Removed. The camera that forced me to download it goes to Amazon returns as another useless piece of Chinese garbage. Man, what a time waste!

This app worked well and then all of a sudden stopped opening. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it isn't working. After clearing the cache and the data uninstalling again, and reinstalling, the app is back working, so I will change my star rating.

It worked the first time I set it up. I could see the picture even on my other network. Now, it only shows me the camera if I connect to the network it is on. I checked the network it is on and it accesses the internet just fine. Frustrating, especially for the money it costs.

I've had this camera for about a year now and it constantly goes offline even while plugged in and wifi on. The notifications that are motion sensored constantly goes off even when there is no one in the room. It logs me off the account and then I'm unable to sign back in
