I mean, it's good for checking your balance but the interface and UI is horrible.
Not working with android phone since update. This is tradgic and the update should be rolled back!
Since 7/12 I can't login to the app. The new factor keeps crashing after it asks for your daytime phone number. I truly hope we don't have to type that every single time like we do when we login on the browser. It's been almost a year and this app still doesn't work. Very disappointing.
Since I updated the app it will not open says something about a security violation and needs to shut down
Ive had this app for years and have necer had an issue with it until now. I got my paycheck and im putting money into my bank account however the amount im spending wasnt being taken away. And yes I should have been mlre careful to calculate but the balance wouldnt change. And now when I'm trying to pay off the debt, my paychecks arent going through as a transaction. I dont know if it's a bug or a glitch but i got bills to pay. This aint cute.
Not a bad app... It can be buggy from time to time. I just upgraded to S22 ultra... Unfortunately with that phone this app is not working. I just recieve a white screen with the 360 logo in the middle. Hopefully this is fixed soon
Servers always down when I need to transfer money. I ensured I have a solid WiFi / cellular connection and my account and password info is correct. Still says trouble verifying my information. Great when it works, useless when it doesn't.
Definitely works, even over seas, I'm just finding trouble to login when phone in in 5G!?! I'm wondering if this is just me or there's others?
Easy to use. Takes a few minutes to pay bills. I especially like how y can pay your bills without runing to the bank. App is user friendly.
I like the detail in this app and the ease of use. I can get the information I need without jumping through hoops. lao, the customer service if I have an issue is great.
As of september 3 2019 this app is still buggy and slow lots of log in issues to the point were it doesn't work it really is a hit or miss which doesn't help when i need to transfer money or do anything
The app was great when it used to work but now crashes when opening. It's been this way since mid Sept.
Keeps saying there is an error when I try to open app. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to work.
Great banking app, new version is a big improvement! This is much more intuitive. HOWEVER! Why are we still not listed on Plaid and other mobile bank linking sites?
I have had a great time with this bank and they are very nice and quick when responding when you call with any issues they also send you alerts with any issues or updates
Good app. Automatic picture taking would be a nice option. Once the check is in the proper frame.

Password has been an irritating issue. Why would I need to re-enter password just to make an internal transfer?
For such a small branch, this app is very good - just need to add the TRENDS feature from the web version and you guys will be golden!
It used to be great I could check my account from anywhere but now when I try to open it it goes to a blank white screen then closes out my father is also having the same issue on his phone too
After using this app for years, it no longer works on my phone. An update must have been released.

Lately can't log in. No notification of site maintenance. Log in slow
Space on VISA info, you get the balance , sort of. No transaction info at all.

App is better than the previous version, still cant view actual transactions, just balance

App doesn't work on Samsung s22 Ultra. All we get is a white screen with a small 360 logo on the center... PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! App was fixed and now works well
