I can barely even use it with a lg v60 phone, galaxy tab s6, galaxy tab s7, or on Microsoft surfaces. The windows version is all messed up because when you try to connect it opens a window to open media and not connect to camera. The app on all other devices Force close constantly. Had high hopes and could be good but software ruins it.
Overall, the app is useless for anything other than starting and stopping video. after capturing a video it will not display in the app and i have to use my tablet to access the camera and download the files. Granted, this was the hd version, not the 4k but if it can't handle the hd, I don't hold a lot of faith that it will work better with the 4k.
Ok camera and worse support. The app only gave a few options to edit but can be difficult for beginners to figure it all out at first. I got this camera about 2 years ago when it had high expectations of what a 360 camera should be. It appears the support team didnt keep up on the maintenance or tried to make it better. I quit using the camera because it was such a frustration when wanting to upload videos to social media. I came back to the app last night only to find out it's not better. SOL.
Absolute garbage! Cannot update firmware for the 4K using either computer or Android app connection, wifi and blutetooth disconnect constantly on Android and sporadically on iOS, neither EVER connects when trying Android app on Chromebook. Contacted support, am told "We'll have to play with this and email you back" - still waiting for that email. Notice how many negative reviews have been left in the last year and a half and make a better decision!
App is no longer supported, so it makes the extra features of the camera useless. It can still be used in the default 360 mode. The only way to view your videos is to connect the camera to your computer, then transfer them to your phone. You can then view them on the app. the app is basically only a video player.
The app won't connect to the internet no matter how many different things I try, worked on my old phone but not this one, when it was working the videos were slow at loading and the camera would take a long time to connect to the app on the phone, definitely don't purchase a 360fly not worth the anger
When I first installed the system work great but then I disconnected my camera and then tried to reconnect but it would shut down the app. I've found that the only way I can get the camera to connect to the app is if 5he camera is in record mode.
If you click on only support boring pups up, if you try send feedback you go to the camera system. Can upgrade camera software since the app keeps disconnecting. Can't change device name, password or show current password. Bluetooth connection keeps failing every time. Apple app is unavailable so can check on other phone
I should've read the reviews! My camera won't connect, stops and glitches on the rare occasion it does connect, can't connect to server, and many other issues! What a waste of time and money!
Stay Away from this product! App no longer works. 360Fly support no longer exists, it's been turned over to VOXX Customer Support. Example response to my issue with not being able to change the password or rename the camera... "Regardless if it is a separate issue the password/rename of the camera is not going to be an option on ANY device." They are no longer supporting this discontinued device. And the "support forum link" they literally sent me today is to a discontinued page that no longer exists. And if you are running Android 8, it will never work. Run Away! It is now a paperweight.
Wonderfully awesome videos. The 4 that I was able to do. Guess I'm gonna throw this in the trash and buy a GoPro. Absolutely useless. I HATE that I asked for this for Christmas. I can view the live shot but can't record or go to FB Live with it. Can't sign in. I want to resale it on Ebay or Amazon but can't bring myself to be that mean to another person.
Well, I guess I'll hit it with a baseball bat and see how far it will fly. I mean, it will perform better in that fashion than it does as a camera. Can't even re-sell these things because I would just screw over the next person who bought it. 360 fly owes me my money, and the 6 hours of my time I've invested I n trying to get it to connect.
awful. the camera requests an update via wifi. But you can not get into the settings to set up the wifi. Case of chicken and egg. And this camera is a very expensive non functioning egg.
Absolutely awful. nothing works. won't stay connected to Bluetooth, won't connect to Wi-Fi. Camera looks like turd. "4k" ≠ 2880x2880. refund would be great.
The app & support team have failed. I've uninstalled, factory reset, emailed support & nothing. Every time I open the app it crashes immediately. Would give a decent rating if someone would respond.
The 360 Fly camera is no longer being supported. No firmware or Facebook updates via the app or computer software for video sharing. The product is, as is & the camera is now obsolete. Return the camera immediately to Amazon or the retailer where you purchased and save yourself from a headache. Get your money back while you can and put it towards a camera that will be supported in the future. As of today the GoPro Fusion is $299.0 and is considered a great buy from its original $900.0 price tag.
very poor app, unable to download the videos off the cameras, unable to record via the app. And the 360fly website isnt active so you can not download the PC program.
Used to work great on my pixel 2. Now on my pixel 4 it keeps crashing when I try to connect the wifi to the camera. If I uninstall/reinstall it'll work until I close the program and try to use it again. Please fix, or help me fix, the problem.
The app always crashes and I have to reset the camera and pair it every time I want to use it. Absolutely horrible
Unable to access the time laps mode on revolver wheel. Several traps in app where you can not back out of. Other than that it works.
This app worked perfectly on my new Asus Zenfone 5 when i purchased the 4k 360fly camera... but a month later my mobile got updated to Android 9 Pie and then video playback stopped working on my Zenfone 5. I was told that unfortunitely, my phone is not supported by them and there is nothing they can do... This is unacceptable... Be very aware of this shocking technical support before you buy the 360fly 4k camera.
Cannot upload to any social media. Extremely hard to even export, cant go live, even tho there's a live button. I think the company went bankrupt. No support. App is very buggy. Cannot download vids to phone from camera. Save ur money and buy a go pro. Seriously
Many difficulties with app. When it works, the camera is good but it doesn't work often due to software issues.
Worst $500 I've ever spent on a product that was sold as an unfinished product and loaded with bugs. I'd sue for a refund if I could. This garbage has been such a cool dust collector.

Don't try it, that is statement is a misrepresentation from 360fly team!!! the APP, I agree with you all, Wifi has personality and Bluetooth, uff, can't count on it... overall a waste of cash and patience!!! 360fly Support team, don't ask me to contact you because I did and it won't be good for your if I post here your misrepresentation response!!!
a year ago app worked fine. got a new phone installed app. now nothing works.....same problem that everyone else has. camera stuck in booting and wont donl wifi. no more 360fly products for me.
This would have to be the worst app, cuts out, won't connect, half features don't work.
App doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, camera doesnt connect either. Not enougg information on the support page to troubleshoot.
The camera itself works just fine. However, the software associated with it is very buggy. It can take several attempts for my camera to connect to my phone, and the videos take a while to load of you want to view them. The desktop app also will not display my videos, although they've been imported. I continuously get the message "We don't see any videos in your library." Furthermore, customer support is non-existent. The support website will always lead you to an error page. Disappointed.
