The robot cleaner hardware is superb. The app is terrible. Great when it's working, easy to navigate, intuitive. But so many bugs. Will randomly switch off the programmed schedule. Then when you try to get into the schedule, keeps timing out, won't connect. when you can get into the schedule, you need to reconnect to the map. Then takes 20 attempts to save, as it goes back to timing out. Doesn't matter If your on the same network or another one. Then will suddenly work again. Agggghhhhh

Everything is great except for one thing. The robot cleans in straight lines according to the map. Not the room that it is in. My house has a hallway that is at a diagonal. And the robot cleans the hallway and rooms at the end in a diagonal line. Leading to that side of the house taking longer. If the bot ran an algorithm to find the best path for each room it would be amazing. Everything else is bug free and easy to use. I just have a larger home so the faster it cleans the better.

App is not user friendly, has many issues and everything is written in Chin-glish. Robot often clears the map by its self which requires a full re-mapping, maps are not able to be rotated and "areas" to clean can not be hand drawn so unless every room in your house is a perfect square, rectangle or circle, the feature is just wasted. Multistorey function no longer works since the most recent update. Robot has poor navigation, gets lost easily and takes a very long time to find its dock.

Very well designed, Great suction very powerful battery last a very long time very smart and intuitive what if doesn't bump into things. It doesn't price gouge trying to wear down parts just for you to buy additional accessories. All in all good product. Part of me wish I purchased the one that mops as well, the combo.

I like the robot and the app but I have a few problems with it. I was never able to find replacement parts for the S5 since I bought it. Also, the cleaning by room option no longer let's you pick the order you want to clean the room in which is weird. Pleaaaaaase change that back.

It's okish, everything is done through some servers in China, so you are at the mercy of your internet connection. Most of the times the comands have huge lag with occasional timeouts. Initially I forgot my password, reset link was always sent broken. Basically if the internet or sever is down the vaccum is as dumb as a 100E vacum from 5 years ago. This cloud should be an option for remote access or backup, main comunication should be done trough local network. This doesn't make any sense.

Best robot vacuum available. Update: Customer service at 360 is very good, my 360 s7 Pro is working as expected. Doesn't work, very frustrating. Chinese on the website. App 404 error. Junk App. Robot awesome but can't do all options without app.

Buggy app, takes a lot of the to refresh the robot status, multiple maps management does not load maps, other issues. Don't recommend, would go with another vacuum robot next time because of the app.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this vacuum cleaner works. It picks up dog hair with ease, goes all along the walls and mops much better than I expected. I use the vacuum 3 times a week and mop twice weekly. App easy once you play around with it a bit. I can highly recommend my 'Rosie'.

Overall it's pretty good. I love the S9 which I love. S10 on the other hand, shorter in height, bigger water tank, dust tank. The only problem is it releases too much water on a smooth granite surface. It'd be nice if there's a selection for this type of smooth surface.

The app was used to work "well", of course it was slow but ok. Recently the program "schedule" doesn't work and I'm not allowed anymore to program the schedules. Fix the problems please.

Great vacuum however the software is awful. Takes absolutely ages to change maps if at all. Always timesout. Raised with 360 and completely ignored!

looks like a bug .. After you set room order to clean , and save , if you set the scheduled cleaning it resets the order to a default one and cleans accordingly Recently i got network disconnected Unable to reset wifi or even restore setting Big issue !!

Strong software option for budget priced robotvac. Ability to schedule cleaning. You can set virtual walls and "no-go zones". I enjoy the ability to clean a room, the whole house or just an area. The software stores multi level floor plans. Very stable software. Feature rich. Very easy to use. No issues. I've been using the vac/software for 4 months without issue.

Very satisfied with the robot, the distribution network is relatively simple, and the cleaning is very clean. . I don't know about the others, but I'm very happy with the current effect. The appearance is clean and beautiful, and the workmanship is very good.

Logs you out for some reason and it is really a pain trying to log back in. Forgot password email never arrives so now you can't use the device. They need to standardize their app login with the rest of the world!

Generally app works well. Sometimes there's a lag and robot does not respond to instructions but that could be due to WiFi signal. The more pressing issue is that i don't have a lot of voices and languages to choose. I am offered Chinese, and two English voices that are absolutely the same! Firmware version is 1.8.2_2363. There's no update available at the moment.

It works, but when it often doesn't work it's extremely frustrating. It's like every time I open the app hoping to clean one room, the networks are down and won't let me even use the robot wasting my time trying to get it to clean. The robot is great, just this app and awful network is not. The networks constantly down preventing any scheduled cleaning from happening and stops me from just cleaning when I want to! It's extremely frustrating, I gave up and just use a broom.

The app is very easy to use. Just read each section it tells you everything you need to know. We love having a vacuum and mop. There is only one problem, we had one, it worked beautifully, so well. Then one day it would not stop spinning it's side brush, even on the docking station, unless you powered it off. So we got a replacement which also was easy to do but the new one, does not work as well. It is noisier, it squeaks and it doesn't pick up as perfectly as the first one did.

Works well, watch out for sunlight! During cleaning, if the vacuum is exposed to direct sunlight ( like through a window) it will start acting erratic. I finally discovered this after a month of the vacuum going in odd patterns. Closed the blinds and completely fixed the issue. Still a great vacuum for the money. The app is alright, sometimes hangs and takes multiple tries to change settings. But not bad overall

I have been using S6 robot cleaner for about a month now. The product is very good and it has been working fine. The user manual can be improved to include more details such as map will come up after using it full house cleaning for few times and how to select specific area to clean. Also when we save the map with specific area and use the map, the app says map applied, but it starts cleaning the whole house. The app user interface can be improved. Otherwise the product is good value for money

The robot 360 s9 is OK. The application was OK! Now, is a mess. After last firmware update (before Xmas) and last application update, the behaviour is a nightmare. The maps are modified, like the wall are moved slowly up, the robot status is updated very slow, I don't know where is it, the messages are come late, the route is not displayed. The Internet connection is not an issue, the router and WiFi coverage is not an issue, your cloud or you application is the issue!

The vacuum performs really well (360 s7), but the app can get frustrating. I've lost maps a few times, and then it won't save my map (multi story). Have had to uninstall the app and reset the robot and eventually got the map to save again. Loads of effort to eventually get somewhere. Also the app is very slow to respond to changes made on maps, and sometimes just discards no-go zones I add...

I did a lot of research before purchasing my first robot vacuum. I knew I wanted one with a mop and as I learned more I knew I needed a mapping feature as well. The 360 S9 does that beautifully. It's so easy to do a zone cleanup, or automate cleanups to happen when you're away. I love watching it clean on the app. I save so much time with this vacuum and my floors are ALWAYS clean.I'm super happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone who wants a clean floor.

Update - after remapping the entire house all the tools and options returned in the app. It would be nice to get a warning that an update would automatically occur requiring mapping to reset. The app for my 360 S5 has been fantastic until today. I couldn't sign in and when I finally used my phone number to sign in, all my maps are gone. I no longer have the ability to create zones or do any kind of mapping. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no map access. Very frustrating.

The app is great, i really like the precision and accuracy of the app/robot. 1) One element which i would like to see: in a multistory configuration, the charging station is only located on one specific floor. When cleaning a different floor, the robot will continue to look for the charching station - although none is there. Suggest to e.g. have an option to return to start position and not charging station 2) Also let user draw area where drop sensor is ignored (for black surface).

I tried to login using my email but kept getting an error message had to use phone number. App is full featured, some network stability issues and updates don't come as fast as I would like but all in all pretty good. 360 needs to figure out after sales support, as it is all based in China and as you know that can be a nightmare if you are not Chinese speaking or do not live in SE Asia. All support happens late afternoon and evenings...
