UPDATE: tech support responded and corrected the error with the app. I was able to sign up and sign in with out problem. Thank you! ORIGINAL: App is not working. Seems to be a pattern right now. I did create an account online but when I went to use the app it says not connected to internet. Now online I can't log in either.

Trying to create an account and I've tried on my home wifi and on mobile data and I keep getting, "Uh Oh There was a problem creating the account. Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again" ***Update 5/6/2022*** received a message that the issue was fixed and to uninstall and reinstall and I was able to successfully create an account. 5*s for that correction.

No need to use this app if you can't sign in. Signed up go to sign in, very clear about my password, tells me wrong password or email. Physically typed in my email I signed up on the kiosk with, retype my password, still said wrong password or email. Changed my password try to sign back in and same thing. No way to get help so I'm done trying to apply this app to my account. This app is incomplete, 4 core aspect to any app for money, interface, reporting, adaptability and support. Only see 2.

Our company has this payment system so I go to set up my account and it tells me I'm not on the internet which isn't true and I can't set up an account because it keeps telling me I'm not using the internet. I'm sitting here in my house with full bars of Wi-Fi and it keeps telling me I'm not on the internet but I was able to download the app. So I get it to work now and now it says invalid password. Uninstalled and reinstalled like you said it let me quickly add an account. Thanks

I cant get beyond the email verification step. It keeps telling me that Im not connected to the internet. Thats ridiculous because I had to be connected to the internet to download the app. I cant find ANY customer service contact info to help me figure out the issue. I guess no snacks for me at work now....

Update: devs have pushed a new version and now I am able to access my account. It doesn't matter how many times you change your password application will not let you log in. The login screen always says incorrect password.

App will not my 9 character password saying it must be at least 8 characters. Tried using manual entry and using my account card. Tried on 2 different phones with no luck. 😡😡😡 Edit: the fix worked and now my account works great. Thank you.

After manually creating an account and adding $10 neither the machine nor the app can find my account at all. But they got my money and sent me an email ... terrible. Now I have no lunch and no money and 6 hours left of my shift.

We are using this at work now, but unfortunately I am not able to add money to my account. Is there another way to add money? I would love to be able to order ahead. I have updated, removed and reinstall but it still comes up with an uh-oh message.

The app is okay when it works the arrogance of the customer support team. There very quick to blame the customers cell service or inability to use the app. It was because they updated the app it stopped working took them over a week to realize it was there fault before they fixed it

App logged me out and I forgot my password. Tried to reset password by giving email and PIN and tells me that they are incorrect but I can use same email and PIN at kiosk and works fine.

I currently have $10.19 in the app for the last couple of months. today I tried to use it in a kiosk at the workplace and the kiosk said I had .27 cents. So the kiosk asked me I inserted $4 dollars and decided not to complete the order and then the machine did not credit or refund me. this was the third time and the previous time I inserted $5dollars cash into the kiosk to add a balance on the mobile app it was never credited. I've just added $20. So I'm down $35. can I please have a refund?

Can't even make an account. Consistently getting an "Uh oh! Make sure you're connected to the internet" when I'm on wifi, and when I turn my wifi off (with full bars) it still says I have no internet

Well this app was working well for me but from 2 weeks back it stop am not able to log back in and use it. I try reinstalling the app, changing my password, creating a new account but it didn't allow me to do it. So am really disappointed with this app.

I like the app because instead of a bunch of tiny purchases on my credit card i can just spend a lump sum and go from there. Would be 5 stars but I've had an issue with adding funds to my account after adding funds 2 or 3 times. I found that uninstalling and reinstalling the app allows me to add funds a few more times but i usually have to go through the process again. Ive reinstalled around 5 times now i think. Frustrating issue with an otherwise solid app that helps me keep track of my money.
