Worked for a while as long as i was connected to the same network. After doing an update, it was uninstalled and will no longer work. Newer version of the app doesnt work with the older security system. DO NOT BUY ZOSI

There is no help or trouble shooting of any kind. I followed all the steps exactly and it's showing that my cameras are offline. But I tested the connection and it's fine.

This Application is awful! when clicking the help option the tutorial is nothing like the actual application. The set up is completely different.

Constantly glitches. The ios app was fine, but for whatever reason this app refuses to log in half the time and has to be completely shut down in order to open it again

The old version always worked. The new version comes up and says invalid password.i am admin locally but will not let me enter the IP address or the port or anything. Just says enter user name and password. Bring back the old version. New version 2.3.3.31 is just bad

When doing login the app continuously fails to log you in. This doesn't make sense when you're wanting to check on your home. The older version was much better.

what happened? Only working with the same network with Wifi, if you want connected with you cellphone without wifi network not working. You need fixed that problem. ASAP

Shocking connection via 4g, only works with wifi whilst innthe house where you can use your screens anyway!

The camera has been giving me issues since day one. It works when it wants to and I don't get alerted if any movement etc is around my house. It also EATS ALL of my data plan with my phone service even on wi-fi. If they can fix my issues and they stay fixed I will update my review but until then I'm unhappy with this app.

Inconsistent. Sometimes logs on, sometimes fails to connect. Doesn't matter if using wifi or 4g or what phone. Frustrating software. Please fix.
