Cannot register... "unknown error" message shows when I try to send for validation code. Same with both mobile or email methods of registration. Waste of time and money!
I cannot log into the app again for the second time. Forever not responding. The first time i uninstalled and reinstalled and all data disappeared. This cannot be happening again. :(
Please work on your hardware along with software guys, this is just plain bullshit , I can't calculate my heart rate, bp etc. It's only clocking my step ls and sleep pattern..are you kidding me.
Could not even get a registration code. So basically i have a device which does not work.

Reads your mood? HA!! Really? Blood pressure? How? Keeps changing its name probably because it's a sham. Spend a bit more and get something that works. Either that or use one of those curly fish from a Christmas cracker.

App download updates from a server outside the play store and therefore can be potentially harmful and anyway against Play Store rules
This was more expensive than the price on some sites having trouble getting qr code grrrrr

I've been waiting for a verification sms since from yesterday. I am starting to lose hope on the device.
This just doesn't pair up with the device. Even after multiple attempts, nothing works, followed all the instructions but nothing at all. Very poor app.
The product work a few times but then stopped showing my BP which was the only reason why I even cared to get this product

Amazing app, however it still has lots of room for improvement like having Google fit support or exporting and or backing up data to say Google drive or some other cloud storage. If the app crashes and you need to wipe the data from the phone then you sadly loose everything like I found out the other day. I thought the account that your forced to make stores it but it doesn't. Also in case anyone is wondering, even though the screen shots shows this to be in a foreign language, it is actually in English.
You have to fix the problem very quickly
Disappointed as the app was working just fine on my old galaxy note 3 phone and i did like the app and the bracelet . Now upgraded to galaxy 7 edge and the bracelet cannot be registered to the new phone as the number has been used before. Something to bear in mind for future. Once you upgrade you can never use the bracelet again. I even bought another bracelet but the issue remains Have emailed company asking for advice, but no response in 2 weeks. What a waste of money.
My first second generation Journey bracelet works on my Note. My second bracelet is impossible to connect to my new Motorola X. Just totally impossible. I am going to return both bracelets to Amazon for a refund. DON'T BUY, DON'T USE....
