The words and colums dont fit on the screen if you have increased your font size settings. The CSS needs updating to accommodate this. Plus it's just not as good as the website layout, which I am forced to use as it makes sense and should be reflected as much as possible on the app. It is clunky and not a good user experience.

I have been a long time user, but I'm commenting now because no longer is the total trade value displayed (not since the latest update). This is particularly important when running multiple bots with varying risk profiles, as it helps see the trades overall position at a glance (including any manual trades). Please return this important function as i have many trades going and it's much more difficult to manage without it.

Please add a 90 day selector between the 30 and 365 selectors for line graph in mobile app Love everything else, but would like to be able to see representation of quarterly % movement without having to get a calculator and guess at the values as best I can see Its all for reference and not vital, I could always go to my laptop I suppose--but it would be nice to see at a glance from the app.

I have complained to support several times already about this yet no action has been taken. This app doesn't recognize autofill (or manual copy/pasting) of login info from password managers. I was told to change my password instead. That isn't a solution. So app is basically unusable for me since I cannot login at all. Will reinstall when a fix is issued.

It's not super intuitive. I paid for advanced plan, but the bots didn't run and was asked to upgrade to Pro. But advanced show that we can create unlimited bots. It can be more simplified. Instead of plans why don't they just take a cut from trade or hot profit.?

The best app to consolidate all your trading across multiple exchanges and accounts. A must have for the more serious advanced traders. If looking for passive income, their algo trading bots are also superb as long as you know how to utilise them. Keep up the good work 3commas!

This is a great automated trading platform. I would rate it a 5 if it weren't for the first-level support, which really isn't very helpful if you've got a little experience with the app. They don't seem to read my messages very thoroughly and provide generic answers repeatedly. It would be nice if they connected advanced users with more senior support agents. Also, I wish second-level support would investigate properly documented problems. I have submitted two, which weren't really looked into

Great app with a lot of functions and good explanations. It needs some practice to appreciate its full potential but it is also quite beginner friendly with its custom presets. The one thing I would really love to be added would be a trading simulation that made it possible to drag the value of a token up and down (or a simple back testing) and check the results a lot faster than paper trading.

I just love this app! Very stable and works flawlessly with Binance. I wish there could be a feature to alert us of when the last safety order for a trade is hit so one could manually add more safety orders...

Very good and easy to use bot I'm a complete beginner and I've been able to create and use this bot. I didn't use a template or nothing easy to understand and very good I'm making money right now as I'm writing this review thank you so much can't wait to make enough to get a package

Good, just frustrating that after my free trial ended, the advanced plan was not available. Had to create a new account. The 3commas team was unable to help. Only able to offer a discount on the pro plan. Which I appreciate. That aside, great app, great features. Happy to add them to my trading portfolio

Very poor interface. Why smart trades are named "sold" berfore anything is done? Smart cover interface is so unintuitive that I sold tokens at lower price than market, thinking this is a buy back price...

I enjoyed using the paper trading option just to get the feel of how the app works without risking any money. I'm considering paying for the subs and start trading for real. A+

I'm not a pro trader but have used another simpler bot app but it didn't give the all round functionality like 3commas. Good videos online and a user friendly app

The app seems fine but I have a job moving forward with it, a simpler step by step how to set it up as I seem to understand better off a video of accually how to plus things that can go wrong, would be great

I rated this 5 star... because it is a great tool. I see the Web table feature was added but arguably the most important info would be the "required % change" of each SO as this is what makes or breaks a dca strategy

It was nice before, but now it's not showing the correct information. Deals hostory works fine, but the list is wrong on many of my bots.

I haven't been able to log in for weeks. 'invalid pair' the same pair works for my browser in windows. Doesn't make sense

Find TradeAlts YouTube channel to set up your bots! I figured about $150/mo. passive income with the small amount of crypto I used in the 3-day trial using the bots I set up. So you're making your money back with a yearly sub.

Pretty happy with this platform. App is fast and intuitive. I just wish there was a way to watch the chart with the grid I set up on my bot. Also, a take profit and stop bot would be great to have on DCA bits (not sure if you can do that).

Love this app! Does everything it advertises, no bugs or anything. And the app isn't just its website shrunk down (some competitors' apps are). Only request I'd have is the ability to value connected exchange(s) in ETH. Only options right now are BTC and USD

Qhen I open the app ot asks for my pin, when I enter the pin its asked for email n password, when I enter email n password it asks for pin.... tried uninstalling n reinstalling, co.plete bs, i bought 6 months upfront, wont be spending another dime.

Clear interface, but limited. Unable to set bot with tradingview signals through the app. Have to go the website to do it. Customer service was fast to reply, which is good.

I love this app, it's been undoubtedly a fantastic experience when using it to enter positions with crypto-assets, I can't complain, it works perfectly. I really love it, nothing more to say. Of course I give the five stars that this effective app deserves, I would give more than five stars if I could.

Good platform easy to navigate ,could do with better live graphs and displays.

Going from 5 stars to just a single one after the last update(30 Jan) Reason is that I'm logged out multiple times a day. Every time, a fresh install is performed. Update on 2nd of March: Back to 5 stars since the problem is not reproducible anymore.

Excellent idea, app needs to interface ease of use, just as does the web-pages.

Sort of ok for a (1st pass?) but much needs to be improved. EG. No view showing me a list of active DCA bots and current/max SO fill level. History can't show me nbr trades today and profit made (in currency of my choice eg. USD, AUD, BTC etc). Lots more shortcomings I'll reserve for another time.
