3CX

The 3CX Android client requires 3CX Phone System v14 or v15 and will not work with older versions. Do not download or rate if you do not have 3CX v14 or higher.
The 3CX Android client allows you to make and receive office calls on your Android device from anywhere. The app fully supports PUSH, allowing your device to be on standby when not in use and save battery life. When an incoming call occurs on your office extension, your device will 'wake up' and notify you as it would with a regular GSM call.

Good app for a tightly integrated solution to 3CX. Tunnel works well. Incoming call works well and sound quality is reasonable. The main issues I have is the ringer/vibrate options are terrible. If I make any changes to the ringtone the whole "incoming call" permission gets deleted and overwritten, wiping out any personal adjustments I might have made to said notification. It also doesn't ring through Bluetooth and sometimes doesn't ring at all. Many missed calls!! We need robust notifications.

Unreliable. Many calls are missed without ringing my phone. Call quality regularly unusable. Wouldn't recommend. We upgraded our wifi to enterprise access points. New switch, gigabit fiber so that's unlikely to be the issue it seems. We're having these problems on every phone in the company.

Doesn't play well with Android 12. Ever since updating my phone back in February I've have had nothing but problems with this app. - the app almost never notifies me, except a missed call (super helpful) - call notifications no longer go to my watch (even with them enabled, used to work) - "keep active" I still doesn't notify for calls but it drains my battery - if I don't disable "car/Bluetooth support) then people can't hear me, but then it doesn't work in the car.

1st - App runs smoothly on my device. Sound is great, no lag, haven't tried video. 2nd - Changing contact information on PC or Android is impossible to find. 3rd - Is there a logout button for Android?? I tried everywhere, even the user manual - nothing.

A call only rings once on my Samsung 20 phone. The call continues to ring on my Yealink physical phone but not on the cell phone app. Have changed settings including changing to custom ringtone but still only one ring. There is no customer support so I have no option but to remove this app from my phone which makes this an issue with my boss.

Very poor app. The call log is so limited that it's not useful. However the audio is handled is pretty sub par on anything with latency or the tiniest bit of packet loss. It also interacts with incoming phone calls (both cellular and other VoIP apps) badly. Often requiring I end my calls. Of all the VoIP apps I've used this is probably the worst both feature wise and in terms of audio quality.

Requires user to allow 3CX to include your personal phone contacts in among contacts for work. They don't have a "Include Only Work Contacts" option on the permissions, so the app pulls in ALL contacts that are on your personal phone. Not cool! Also, call pickup and hangup is slow to respond when button is pressed on phone to answer or hang up. That may be related to being linked to a remote server with employer company. Still, overall NOT liking this app! :(

Been running with this app now since it was first introduced. It was initially a bit ropey and unsupported years ago, but it's now a very robust app and is easy to use and set up. We have a number of our 150 users on the app since working at home became a thing, and I've had no real issues with it. A, nice add on to have to the versatile 3CX system.

Worst app. When it comes to the notifications it has no respect to any settings including itself. Every call that has already been answered keeps ringing on my phone for like 5mins. If I try to silence it, it still rings. Sometimes I answer the call and it keeps ringing inside the call.

Hi, I've found bug in ur app. Bug ; When u call someone in 3cx mobile app and the called person when press answer and trying to talk , thats the moment u realize the sound is not going/coming . Almost there, but not there yet. Will give 5 stars and recommend, if it is "fixed". Problem with the app is that it closes in the background rather rapidly. When phone is disconnected from the internet and the app is in the background, it doesn't reconnect. It does the same on Roaming WiFi, LTE and Mesh WiFi. The app is more for stationary phone and not one that moves about.

The app won't stay connected for more than 10 seconds. Given I'm working from home and I am making, taking and transfering multiple calls a day, this is not ideal. Especially when it will either spend 30 seconds beeping in your ear or just ends the call before the other person has even picked up. Even had cases where it would immediately hang up when someone picks up, but the other person is still on a blank call.

There are so very few things you can adjust with this app & I dislike the layout, the fact that my phone can't control the settings, and as of a few days ago I don't even get the whole screen to come up when a call cones in. On the tiny ribbon I get, it takes forever for the data to scroll so I can see who is calling. If I had another option, I'd use it!!!

Very useful app. Works well. Excellent call quality. One annoying thing though; Incoming calls can only be answered by swiping up on the Green answer icon on the app. Tried two different Bluetooth hands free headsets, but the answer call button on the headset doesn't pick up the call !! I would give this app 5 stars if this one thing was fixed.

Call quality even when it is working is really poor- nothing but complaints from people on the other end. When you're on a call, if another call comes through, 50% of the time, instead of another line ringing, it rings in your ear as if the app isn't open. Call forwarding is always messed up. I have to force stop and reopen to get it to stop reconnecting and beeping in my ear. Wifi, data, doesn't matter, ALWAYS reconnecting! It's maddening!

Went from usable to terrible. I get multiple instances of the same one incoming phone call, then the call drops completely. No matter the setting, none of the calls ring. Even if you have the application set to run in the background, and set to use data regardless, the app disconnects completely everytime the window is minimized. You can have the app open, staring at it, and you'll get an automatic missed call when it never even rang. Don't waste your time or your company's money.

The app is sadly a huge battery drain. Furthermore the UI is poorly made and not intuitive to use. Answering calls sometimes makes them go to Speaker mode. In the Android app it's not explained properly how to log out of a queue, difficult to find. Call quality is very poor due to low volume, echo and drops in calls. Could use more options like on Windows OS. I'm sorry for the poor review, if the app is updated and the issues are fixed I'm more than willing to change it of course.

Running this system for many of our clients and using it myself, there are many reviews which have nothing to do with the app. The system depends on data connection, either WiFi or 4/5G if you hear beeping sound it means your data connection has dropped or switched from mobile data to WiFi or vice versa. Compared to Zoiper and others I have tried in the past, 3CX actually makes it possible to take calls on a mobile being fairly stable and reliable with features design with the end user in mind.

I've tried this app and the legacy app on several different phones and it just won't connect. It registers and shows my name but can't answer calls, or make calls, only see who's calling. One if my coworkers has the legacy app on his phone and it actually works. The rest of us can't get it to work in any of our devices. It seems like they need to make it a little more universal for more devices.

It works, and works well when it does. I currently have issues with this not ringing while DND is turned on, even when I have calls bypassing DND mode. Not sure why, but they just won't ring. Notification shows up, but no sound. Not even a vibration (with the setting on). Please, PLEASE fix this! Also, please split calls to queue calls and direct calls, if possible. I want queue calls bypassing DND, but if I'm not working and have DND on, I don't want people calling me directly and making my phone go off.

This app is ok if you are frequently away from yout desk. It rings at the same time your desk phone does and mobile access to the directory is convenient. It does not sync the spam call blacklist and there is no way to block spam on this app or the web app. Because of the missing block feature, the app will often ring for calls that my desk phone does not allow through because they are blacklisted.
