Not only do images automatically store in both the gallery AND report when taken in the app now, but also one may insert from either the camera or the gallery. The long press on the Camera icon makes it easy to choose either option, or just tap once to go right to the camera. Too bad some folks post reviews without asking support directly for any details or tips on shortcuts to functions.
This unfortunately is replacing Phone 3D. I can only see half the amount of information on the new screen. It doesn't rotate the view. Very disappointed that they thought this all made sense. I've been using 3D for 13 years. Honestly thinking of shopping around for a new software.
Landscape mode is not available in the menu option. You can only take a picture in landscape. The phone3d app had portrait and landscape. Please fix this issue. It is not practical to go thru the menu in portrait.
Now, with spectacular Home Inspections and a few other good products out there, 3D inspection systems is just a clunky outdated system with some of the worst customer support I have ever seen. Their mobile version, relies on a clunky and unnecessary cloud, which was likely created just so that they can get their yearly payments. True customer service would have been to just create a mobile app that we pay yearly for. They could have easily made their money and bypassed the ridiculous cloud.
Garbage compared to the original app. The only thing it does better is upload and download quicker (when it doesn't freeze or randomly close for no reason). Been a 3d customer for 15 years and this is the worst app they have introduced.
Clunky, outdated, unintuitive. Not sure how it has any good reviews. Way better options out there that are up to date with how we are used to interacting with software in 2021
I have owned 3D Inspection Software since the mid 1990's. 3D has evolved into a software that is awesome to create your own reports, menu, and layout to set you apart from the other software in the industry. The data base allows us to easily maintain multiple inspectors as well as allowing me to review and monitor reports to ensure HBI produces one of the most detailed reports in the industry. 3D has set the mark and the industry followed. Navigation bar turns blank and can not jump between forms. Please fix the bug

I have had numerous issues with the glitches in the system. Periodically has the app goes blank and I have to log out before I can get it to work again. And I frequently have the app shut down and close on me in the middle of inspections. The old version is far better for me
Great way to speed up inspecting. So much easier than the old app, and now has more options. Option for saving copies of images in the gallery is a nice improvement, and ability insert photos directly from either camera or elsewhere. Long press to replicate section headings is great for on the fly. Love being able to refresh assigned inspections by dragging down on the list. And esp jumping right to summary or uninspected items instantly from those lists.
