Doesn't play on any of my devices - phone, tablet or TV - all of which are relatively new and have no trouble with any other streaming app. ThreeNow only works on the computer. Disappointing, because Three is the channel I watch the most. Not a good way to compete with the other streaming services.

Just the worst .. and the number of ads were okay it's the constant error messages. I have never an had app fail like this. Definitely the worst app I have ever tried to use, really unstable works sometimes and then complete fail. What I find incredible is there are a lot of bad reviews yet it hasn't been fixed. Are you guys intending, trying, to go out of business or just incompetent?

Useless app. Constantly crashes. Can't cast to chromecast. I get an error that says "Playback error. Please try again." Well I've tried again about a hundred times. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Tried rebooting. Nothing works. It's been like this for months and still no fix. 0/10

Absolutely hate it!! If you have lost your place in the episode/movie and you skip through over the line you have the watch an add, adds come up what feels like every 5 minutes. But there is also no other place to watch my programme. I will three TV was bundled in with TV on demand. Would be much better. SORT IT OUT ASAP

Terrible app. Try Watching something on it and after an episode has trouble loading it and comes up with an error message, funnily enough ads are no issue. Don't download this app, it hardly shows the shows on TV3 and when it does it is absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time.

App can not make it through 5 minutes of a show without stalling playback and then crashing. Furthermore when restarted you get subjected to more ads which are often longer than the length of the piece of show you just streamed. Frankly it ain't worth the effort to try and watch a show using this app.

Cannot actually use the app. Have never been able to. I can't ever get past putting in details after I log in because it always states that something went wrong...but doesn't tell me what, where or why...absolute rubbish. Just updated the app thinking that it may have been fixed, big fat nope. Worst app I have never been able to use! Nice to see the developers are taking notice of their reviews and feedback.

Not a good app. Waste of time when you play adds and reply them through a movie or anything watched. Why can't you just leave the adds till the end and make them available but not make us watch the same adds numerous times. It's sickening.

Has gone from bad to terrible. Now on TV never accepts your password, even though it's right and you reset multiple times. You go around in circles. Fix it or get rid of it! Wish I could give a minus rating. Appalling app development.

Haven't bothered using this app in a very long time but decided to try it out again and can't believe it still hasn't been fixed ! After all these years this app still freezers , buffers etc. Honestly the worst app ever. TVNZ is 1000x better. Common TV3 sort it out!

Fix your app three. It's useless Freezes and stops working. Casting to TV turns off. Buffers continues then drops out. A good selection of shows & movies but disappointed trying to watch anything on this app, doesn't work.

I cannot even play anything through Chromecast as I just get playback errors despite updating and reinstalling the app. This is a new issue for me but its always been horribly glitchy and often have to try reopening and replaying repeatedly to cast anything.

Every time i try to watch something it, the app loads the show and then shuts off. Absolute waste of time, very annoying for people who can't watch things at the time they are on the tv

This app is terrible. There are 120 second long ad breaks every few minutes. The app forgets where you are up to in a show and you have to guess to puck the right place. Do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could

Worse tv app I've ever used it just has a bad connection or something the programs are freezing and jumping around, no it's not my connection I have fibre and no issues with Netflix, neon, YouTube or tvnz on demand. very frustrating

App always pauses and buffers when playing content. Very frustrating. No other streaming apps I use have the same issue. Settings also don't give any options to look at playback streaming quality selection so you can't choose to change options to try and fix issues.

So frustrating! The app doesn't accuratly find your place when you continue watching a show. So you have to skip forward to find it. But an ad will pop up everytime, so you end up with 10 minutes of ads before you start watching. I can't do it anymore 😭

This is a terrible app! The chromecast function has been disabled so I tried to screen mirror my phone to the TV but the app blacks out the screen until Ive disabled the casting function. It's so broken.

App refused to cast to my TV. But at least I got to watch a lot of ads while I tried to make it work. 0/10 would not try again. Even if I could make casting work, there's no chance I'm going be force fed ads like that.

Constantly lagging and not loading properly. Having to shut down and restart 4-5 times per episode. But what do you know, all the ads stream perfectly 🤦‍♀️

You start a show, ads. You fast forward to where you were before it dropped out, ads. You finally get to the spot you were looking for, ads. Then suddenly, there's a scheduled ad break! I've watched more ads than actual shows at this stage.

Please update the app when i try to watch a programme it just glitches the whole way through, makes it not even worth watching. tvnz on demand dont have any glitches or ads as long as yours its a shame, you would get more benefit out of fixing these problems. If they can do it why cant you?

The worst! I actively try and avoid using this app, preferring to old skool record shows because it's so glitchy, constantly buffering or freezing completely.

Great selection of shows, would rate this app far higher if it didn't take over an hour to watch a 45 min show due to buffering issues. I find I have to pause and unpause the video in order to get it started, and if I don't stop and start the video it times out and I have to close and open the app again.

App always drops out or freezes when casting, and then cannot reconnect (other apps still cast so it's definitely this app that has the issue). I need to restart everything to get the cast function to return. Some ads are also quite long (20sec plus) and cannot be skipped. Kind of makes the connectivity issues worse considering they get the ad revenue and users just get headaches.

Quite possibly the worst TV online app ever. Chrome cast sometimes works and login doesn't work when you change your password either on phone, laptop or smart TV. Useless

Ok App, length and frequency of ads is almost approximate with the viewing of the show. No option I could find to add favorites. TVNZ app is way better
