Takes time to get used to it. Biggest thing I have a problem with is in the watch itself, so it's irrelevant here. Also, auto syncing is a myth. It tries really hard but it won't sync unless you physically push the refresh button. It can be confusing at first though because it looks like it's already refreshing most of the time, (it's not). Keep in mind though that your watch and the apps usefulness is dependent upon your level of android and mine is (almost) 2 years old. Good for the $$$.

Affordable & basically does what other more expensive trackers do. However, I don't like the fact that you have to manually set your tracker on/off "sleep" or sometimes the tracker is disconnected and you're not aware and I've had to constantly make sure the tracker was charging (if not, it may not charge at all) which happened to me a few nights ago.

This is my first fitness band. It does what I wanted it to do, and more. Too much more. I would prefer a lite version that doesn't need access to so many permissions. The user interface is unintuitive and often unresponsive. On a Moto G5+ and G7+ with the latest updates it should just fly. Instead I have to tap on the not-obviously-buttons for a while before it triggers them. So if they could work on that, that would be great. But it does what I need and the price is right. Four stars.

This is a good tracker for the price. I had a lot of issues in the beginning and customer service is not much help. However most of the issues were corrected with the last update and after I reinstalled the app. The big issue I have now is that when I sync my tracker the time of my sleep is off by 6 hours. I would love to increase my rating but do the this issue and lack of customer service still can not give the app more than 2 stars.

The watch itself is great, has a nice interface, neat setup and all. The problem is the app continues to say I'm logged into another device, of which I am not. Progress is not accurate, like ill be sitting down for about ten or so minutes and my steps are at 1,000, or how the sleep doesn't go up or down when there's a pre-set Sleep already set, or it's bluetooth doesn't have that large or range. Costumer service doesn't really have the best responses to these issues. Might return this product.

I got a watch for this app for Christmas and figured I'd try it. I have barely used it so far. One thing I cant stand is the fact that I cannot open the app on its own. With Bluetooth off I cant get past the messege saying to turn it on. If I have Bluetooth on with or without the watch it constantly tries to sync and I cant even open the menu. I also have not been able to link any other apps to this one to add my steps to them. So far its counted steps and that's it. Can't even look up how many.

*I FIGURED IT OUT!* Galaxy Note9- Couldn't connect at all, got discouraged when I started reading same issues. Someone mentioned reinstalling the app to update, so that gave me an idea. You CANNOT pair the strap to bluetooth in your phone settings, don't touch it even if it asks. Wait until you're in the app, allow the permissions, and then open the device selection screen. It will find it, and it will pair manually by giving icons on the watch. Hope this helps and you dont have to return it.

Really, the App was working fine and the watch was too for about 3 months. Then all of a sudden, when i had taken it off getting home from work, it was able to connect to someone elses phone even though it was paired with mine...thats annoying. It wont stay synced unless the app is open...the music player doesnt even work anymore...like, im probably gonna get a new different watch, im not gonna sit here and fight trying to fix the watch all day.

Disappointed. The app itself is ok but the watch (VIBE 3+ ELITE) is a total let down. Right from the start the watch constantly disconnects and reconnects. Now it's randomly restarting itself multiple times throughout the day. Not sure if it's the watch or the interface between the phone, app, & watch. We purchased 2 of these for Christmas and are already returning them today.

Horrible app. Every screen freezes, I have been trying to sync my watch for over an hour through the app as instructed, but can't because the app just freezes on every single screen. It still freezes and does nothing even after I've restarted my phone. If I had known this prior I would not have purchased the vibe watch just so I wouldn't have to deal with this app. This is absolutely frustrating...

Just did an uninstall and reinstall. Blasted app and watch are FROZEN! Guess it's trash bound. And app is permanently OFF my phone. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!! You will loose your mind trying to get it to function correctly! Don't bother contacting "customer service" as you'll get a faster reaction from a person if you hold your breath until you turn blue!

Edit: app was able to pair the device on Android 7 after multiple attempts to uninstall and reinstall the app and unpair/re-pair the device. Works great when it is actually working, but even after pairing the it takes several attempts to turn on the screen to display any information, and then only stays on for about 2 seconds before the screen shuts off again.

Can't get the app out of syncing mode to finish setting up the settings. Just spins and spins. Also can't get text message or email alerts from my Samsung Galaxy 10 phone on it. Disappointed for that feature. And would like to get the setting on the heart rate done. So it doesn't keep vibrating when at rest and drop below 60. Will update rating if these items can get fixed.

I believe what I just returned was two 3Plus Lite that we had for under 2 weeks. I frequently got a vibrating notification of an icon that had a triangle with an exclamation point, don't know why however it was very annoying. Syncing the device to the app is crappy, it shows disconnected when paired, my data resets on the device, it counted steps while driving and then not gettting credit for ALL of the steps. I'm very frustrated and dissatisfied. Not worth it, not even when received as a gift.

I talked to customer service in December about an update they had rolling out. It is now April and I still don't have the update! This app is not good at all and had I not paid as much as I did for the watch, I wouldn't have any of it. If the app is not open, it won't stay connected to Bluetooth, won't sync, and won't send notifications to the watch. I've deleted the app and waited to reinstall, and nothing has changed. I really hope you get this fixed soon!!

I do not like this app or the watch . My watch tells me that I have to connect to the music inside the app in order to control my music, there are no music controls of any kind in the app. The watch does not count my steps accurately as all I have to do is move my hand and it counted as a step. the watch keeps disconnecting from my phone even when it Is close by. what is the point in having a watch with Bluetooth capabilities if you can't go more than 5 feet away battery life is only two days
