Revision: I previously gave this 1 star because it sucked. My kids bought this as a Christmas present last year, it had horrible problems. I exchanged it once but the problems persisted. I put it in the box and didn't touch it for almost a year. I decided to try it once again, hoping they might have since worked the bugs out. I am so glad that I did! The kinks have been smoothed out and it is actually a great little watch! I love that I can control my music, whether it is Pandora or apple music.

I like the watch and have no issues with the functionality of the watch. My issues are, that when I try to use a custom watch face it goes to the loading screen like its going to install it to the watch then after about 20-30 seconds it just pops up and says failed. I have tried everything possible and it always says failed. It can swap to the default ones that come installed without any issues, it is only with the custom watch faces. Also I have to play with the charging dock to actually get the watch to charge. If i sit it down on the charger the blue light just flickers and does nothing I have to take it off and put it back on several times for it to actually start charging.. very frustrating. Would be 5 stars if these two things were fixed.

Great watch for the price definitely does everything you would need it to do, unfortunately it does not have any Audio Mic so there is no sound or phone answering capability but besides that, I have found my phone many times with the phone finder app! Haha! Battery life is possibly two days or more depending on how many options you have open at one time! Great job 3-plus hybrid can't wait to see what the future holds for you! Anyone looking for an affordable smartwatch look no furthur!

As far as the tracker is concerned, i'm pleased with the performance and is the ONLY reason it got even 2- stars. This app is just as faulty as the original for my 3plus Vibe. Repeatedly I wil log in and check my prior days statistics and they are incorrect. For instance, twice this week alone I had obtained 30k+ steps for the day and it didn't show over half of them. This app needs ALOT of fine tuning to be competitive with Fitbit and other apps!

Horrible customer service. It appears they are having many issues with this watch due to the amount of time it takes to finally get someone on the phone. Also look at the other reviews same bluetooth issue. They want you to pay to send the defective merchandise back with the specific instruction that if it somehow gets physically damaged by the carrier it will be refused and sent back to you. NO THANKS. it is going right back to Sam's where I bought it and getting my money back.

I really enjoy the app and watch, would be nice if there were more watch face options to chose from, maybe take and share some of the callie watch faces with the cruz and vica versa. I bought my wife the callie and it has trouble staying connected but always instantly reconnects. The music part of the watch doesn't control the Google play app on phone even with the music being downloaded to phone like the app suggests. but overall, I would highly recommend the watch and app.

My watch and application show different amounts of calories burned. My watch says 311 calories burned and the app says 1245. When I sync them they still show the difference. Why don't they stay synced and show the same things? I hope you fix this as its very irritating. Also I always have to stop the app and start it again to sync. Please fix these issues in your next update

The app has failed repeatedly making me try to log back in then tells me it doesn't recognize my email address or password. This has been very frustrating and one time I used a different email address and password and "lost" all the records from previous 3 months. Now it is demanding access to camera, phone records, and a host of other things. I am fed up with the watch and it doesn't even come with a wall plug for recharging and the battery requires charging at least every other day.

I have been getting nonstop notifications (literally every 5-10 minutes) from this app over the last 2-3 days, I'm close to uninstalling it! I love the hybrid watch, but the constant disconnecting and random notification sounds with nothing to notify me about is driving me insane! 3Plus, please fix whatever this problem is, and quickly please before you lose me. Even after I close the app, it restarts on it's own and starts back with the false notifications! Very aggravating 3Plus! 😡

I get nonstop notifications and when I open a message it will give me another notification. It said I had 96 messages when in reality I had like 6. The watch will not sync to my phone or connect to bluetooth. It randomly turns off and will not turn back on. Overall I am extremely disappointed and should've just spent the extra money on a fitbit.

Everything had been great for The 1st month. Then it wouldn't send messages. Reset the watch. Started working again. Today the watch keeps resetting to 3:00, won't calibrate, manual recal...hands don't move, reset watch, uninstalled & reinstalled app. Nothing!!! So frustrated. Do I open a ticket for the watch?? I don't know. Now it won't even update.

Getting nonstop notifications. Phone numbers show up as random symbols or incorrect. I had a family member call me and it showed up as a totally different person. When a call comes through ithe watch vibrates nonstop even I answer or divert the call. I deleted app and reinstalled and restarted watch and the errors are not fixed. I got an email from 3plus with vague instructions in which none helped. I've had this since Christmas and just started having these issues this week.

Same as 4/8's messages, keep resetting, charging is tough, setting it just right takes time. Need updates to perfect and new faces would be nice. I've had 2 to 3 years and basically love the watch minus the difficulties. Please add an update to help perfect the issues. Again new faces would be great. Thanks

App is easy to use, love the different faces for my watch! Wish there was a night mode for the app. Also, i got my watch to sync with the QR code but havent been able to reconnect it like that again so if i leave my phone too far my watch doesn't alert me of messages or notifications. Other than that, the app is great!

It has potential. I love the watch but the problems that I have found is that when I get a MMS message, I can't read it on the watch. You can only read short text messages and also the app let's you customize your watch face. One could either go through the watch faces through the app or the watch itself which is cool but I don't like any of the watch faces. Hopefully in the next update there will be more watch faces and be able to read MMS messages.

I love the Watch and look, BUT Watch loses bluetooth connection many times a day. Wish it would work with wear os so you could add custom watchfaces from other apps, other than just pics from the 3plus app, or allow installing custom faces through your app from outside apps. Just having a pic with no features is boring. This is a smartwatch so should be able to use features with custom faces as well, like date, steps taken ect.

i got this watch for Valentine's day -it's going back to the store tomorrow. i get notifications that the app is running and synced to my watch and the watch isn't even on! When it is on, i get phone notifications every 2-3 minutes.. and there's nothing there. I've emptied all the notifications that i did have so idk what it's notifying me about! I set up the vibration setting to high.. and made sure the silence was not on and it still won't notify me via the vibration signal on the watch. 👎

The app is glitchy here and there. Activity tracked have been around a long time for this to be this way. I lose workouts sometimes from failure to connect my watch with my phone. I don't like the app repeatedly asking me if I love it either no I don't when it doesn't work better than that

I've had it for about an hour and i'm having all kind of problems. 1. When i sit it on the charging dock the led just stays blue, even when i tried to move it around and nothing happens. 2. The bottom of the charging dock feels like its on fire, it burnt my hand when i touched it. I am so far not pleased with this devices and I plan on returning it not happy at all😡

Horrible experience... had a tough time connecting. doesn't even notify me when I receive text messages,I receive spam messages but not from contacts. I can't even use the arrow keys to scroll up and down. I just bought this last night. I'm definitely returning it back to Walmart

I really like the options on the watch. just wish they worked all the time. I dont think the pedometer keeps correct count, close but just est. keeps everything else. great features for price. The offline app doesnt seem to stay updated. **I believe the pedometer is working beter "Thank You." Now more options on faces.

THE BEST smart watch for the price. Id expect a smart watch like the 3Plus Hybrid to cost at least 3 times its price for all the things it does. I use my watch everyday. The charging time, accuracy of applications, and useability are all top notch.The watch stays connected to the bluetooth and automatically connects when you open the app. I strongly reccomend this watch and app.
