Too many ads, and no streaming of live newscasts. When a newscaster says there's a link on the app, it's super difficult to find.

Used to enjoy the app but new version is awful for popping ads in over tge whole screen and also posttioning ads like they are ssctions of the news. Had enough. Will look for a better app for local news

App used to be great prior to the recent update. Now, the layout is worse, and a lot of the articles link to other sites in a clickbait type way. I think most people that download this app are just looking for Arizona news with articles written by local journalists. Time to look to see if ABC15 or FOX10 have a free app after moving here from the other local news app that gives 3 free articles before a subscription is required.

WAS a great app for years. . .until a recent update that included a stupid "binging" notification sound. There is no way to change the sound in the app, and it overrides the sound for notifications that I've already chosen. . .NOT cool. App uninstalled immediately.

The update causes me to not get notifications. I go and set them and close app. Then go back in and the ones I selected are not selected. Do not like update. If not fixed soon will delete. Have had channel 3 on my phone's for years.

You think you are clicking on a news story but when you do it gives you the first paragraph than tells you to download a different app if you want to read more. Commercials in between videos are way to long and frequent.

I've had this app for years and it was great! Had to update to the latest version recently and it's horrible! Filled with ads and lacking any relevant information. Will be uninstalling.

This app has gradually turned from great to garbage over the years. The last update has filled their news section with ads and spam, now it directs you to websites where another app has to be downloaded and sign up to see their news. After many years, this app has been uninstalled. Good bye

Over half the time after closing the ad, I just get a spinning circle. Constantly have to do a force close.

New app a total JOKE! Old version was way better! I get a ad before I get the article I want to read or I get kicked back to the home page. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Font is too small to read on mobile phones. Poor human factors in formatting. Poor accessibility.

Bring back the old app. The notification on this app doesn't let you pick a sound and the sound they make you use is very inadequate. Uninstalling from my phone.

I have to uninstall/reinstall this app daily as it will not open when I want to access it. I just get the spinning circle.

Too many repetitive ads. Spend more time listening to ads than the actual newscast.

Totally dislike this updated app it's so filled with ads. Very little info in news is useful cuz the ads pop up constantly. I always liked the app before this update. No positive changes all negative.

The traffic app is horrible, it's too small & only shows a small area. It won't expand to full screen. The last app was horrible too

More ads than news stories. On start up it takes forever to load (assuming because it's loading ads). And when I get a breaking news alert, I will click on the link and again never ending loading. When I close it out and open the app again it's no where to be found. I've had this app for about 10 years and now it is trash. Uninstalling it now.

Deleted. Seems the user is required to watch an ad with every click. Not worth my time.

Newest version took app from 'not so good' to AWFUL! Layout is much worse, content lessened by larger images, and is filled with click-bait. Not happy.

I just uninstalled this. The previous version was pretty good. This new version is harder to navigate and the ads are horrible. I open the app sometimes to an Advertisement and can't get out of the screen except hitting the home button on my phone. I will get my local news elsewhere.

The updated version is horrible compared to the original. Layout is awful. Only basic information available. I will be uninstalling, it one of my previously favorite apps

1. Ad placement. I get playing an ad before viewing the stream, but placement during breaks is poor. Ads will play when the show returns, missing critical information. 2.app basics. I start to watch the stream, my screen turns off. The app isn't hooking/telling the OS that's it's a video and I have to unlock my phone, then it hooks. No other app that uses video has this problem. $$$ from ads should be used to fix these issues.

Before the format change, it was a great app. now it is a mess. What happened to traffic? You use to have a link directly on the main page, now i can only find in the menu and its not the same maps and traffic info as before. Where are the traffic maps that you use in your programming? Update 3/9/20: traffic maps seem to of reappeared. However i have discovered that either the app or one of the ads in the app keeps turning my sound on when i back out of a story.

I uninstalled the app after opening it only twice. As it opens an ad pops up. First thing! You got to be kidding. The format is not thought out properly. An ad right under the first story and one at the bottom of the phone that does not move and remains in place. Are you reporting advertisements or news?? Think about the business you're in. Sit down with your app company, may be hard with social distancing, have them get the layout and format correct. Clean it up and maybe I'll try it again.

Since this last week and a half it just buffers. Can't even use it. Before it was great. ♡♡♡

I don't like this new format. The last one was the best. Had more news, photos, detailed. Time to look for a different local news app. 😔

Annoying "bing" seems unchangeable...cannot search out news anchors & journalist reporters, as website did B4.

So full of advertising it's aggravating when you're trying to read stuff.

So far don't like as much, used mostly for weather and radar but find the warning boxes and Temps distracting make it harder to see. Can remove temp layer but have to do every time will not hold from view to view. Fix and give option to remove warning box. Why can't we have the option to add the different layers instead of having to remove everything just to "see" the radar clearly
