Servers won't be place numerically, placed at bottom of list no matter the server name. Would be nice if this was changed to make ease of use better.

I have 3xlogic server,, the new upgrade does not allow to view one camera n check the time-line, just continue on search n hang. Also don't see a change in quality of video.

Good app for my Galaxy S7 but im wondering if the iPhone 8 is too new to be compatible and if it is, when can we expect an update? My boss has the iPhone 8 and we really need it functioning.

Originally the app did not work for Android devices, due to a spacing issue. The new update corrected the issue and it now works like a charm. Kudo points to the 3xLogic team for listening to their customers and finding a solution.

I can connect using the iOS version of this app as well as through a browser, but this app fails to connect on my Nexus 9, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5, and a few other Android devices.

Using the serial/alias instead of the port to log in and I constantly run into issues where the cameras show a message saying "server busy" or "login failed". Sometimes, it'll work for an instant, showing me the proper images, but won't last long and go back to showing "server busy". It's very frustrating. The reason why I have to use the serial/alias method to log in is because of PCI compliancy issues (for debit and credit use on the network) and I can't have any ports open. Please find a solution....
