4.Do - To Do List & Task Manager

Very useful, user friendly and elegantly designed. Well worth the small fee to remove ads. One important thing needed; an overview of how to best deal with the items in each category. Not everyone will have read the book "First Things First" which describes exactly how the system is best used once filled in. Keep up the good work. No updates or improvements in several years. Raise the ad-remove fee a little and keep developing it. And provide option to remove large smiley face in empty boxes.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion of closing and re-opening the app after purchase. It was the same after the first two tries but the third time it worked and no ads are visible anymore. Probably it was a question of time. App is great and it is exactly what I needed...simple, organized and with the possibility to move a task according to prioritization. Thanks!

Let's say my life is a little turbulent at this time, and this app really helps me set my priorities and keeps me from drowning in a seemingly endless to do-list. A few tiny improvements I'd suggest would be a 24 hour format (can't seem to find that anywhere?) and separate due dates for subtasks. Otherwise, thanks for the great app!

Brilliant in its simplicity. A beautifully rendered app that was obviously created with love. I've only had it for a short time but I'm looking forward to using it. I was impressed enough that I removed ads within the first 15 minutes. Update: After looking at all the Eisenhower matrix apps I could find, I still rate this one right at the top. Very well thought out. I've only had a short time but find it very helpful.

Only 4 stars b/c tapping an empty area maximizes a quadrant, but doing it a second time doesn't restore it back, so I have to reach for the back button instead. I also find the order of the + buttons a bit hard to get used to, b/c they aren't arranged in the same way as the quadrants, e.g. to add to the upper-Right quadrant (Important), you have to tap the upper-Left Add button, after tapping the +.

Seems to work well so far. Only issue is you can't reorder your tasks by dragging them. You can order them by date added, due date, etc though. Widget works - can add any of the four categories and adjust transparency. Small ad banner at the top can be removed by paying $2. A few different shades are available for dark themes which is unique and nice. Text size can be adjusted.

Actually a great app, especially for ABCD-to do list system users. However I was taught (and used to teach my students) less urgent on the left and important on top, making the right top quadrant important and urgent, you can fondle with renaming and re-colouring but how about a lay-out option? Also can't find where to change time to the normal 24h clock, only the North American am/pm system is used which is incredibly confusing, if I see 6 that's always morning in the evening it should say 18.

Good app though would be great app when we can sort by priority or manually within a quadrant (curiously subtasks can be reordered). I really do like the category filters, they add a dimension to the Eisenhower matrix so that views can be filtered by context (I have work, productivity, chores, leisure, development). I had commented that you can't move tasks between quadrants however the dev replied with a very helpful link (thanks). Google removed backup feature but export is possible.

……… the app appears to have 4 widgets ……… I am using Lightning Launcher ……… the app fails to create any of the 4 widgets ……… for my purposes I require a widget to put my notes on my home screen ……… it looks like it has good features however ……… I didn't use it much nor check many of its features because it won't create any widgets so ……… it would be a waste of time to put a lot of information in it if it can't create the widgets ………

Update: I'm upping by a star because the developer replied to my request so quickly. If these things can be ironed out, then this will be a 5 star app. My beloved IKE disappeared so I had to find a replacement. I like this one EXCEPT for the fact that you have to click on the task to see the due date when planning. Just seeing "2 days from now" instead of the actual date is really a pain. Please show the actual date and time due on the task view and I'll up the stars. It would also be helpful to be able to choose color codes for the filters.

Very nice app. Very nice user interface. Please give the facility to change the task quandrants after it is added to any quadrant. Eg: if i have added any task in green quadrant and then after some days i want to change it in red quadrant then i cannot do it in this app. I will habe to rewrite the whole task again i that quadrant.

Very great app. Like the simplicity. Price is little high. Only 1 thing is lacking why can't we move our task from one list to another as priority changes. Sometimes I want to move my things from urgent to important but no such option available. Please add this in coming update. I will definitely buy the app if I get the requested version.

Simple and intuitive. Only thing I would suggest is a 'section' where all tasks can be viewed and added to. And with that an option to view unsorted tasks and sort them accordingly. Awesome app!

Love this app. But an option to slide the whole screen across to reveal 4 more quadrants (for 'pending' and 'recurring' tasks to suggest 2) and an option to sync between devices, and this would be the ULTIMATE task app. One I would happily pay a fee for.

This app has the potential to solve my struggle with repeating chores. Applying 4 quadrants to household, self-care, administration and other types of chores might actually help me to get consistent with chores where consistency matters, while giving me enough freedom to slack where it doesn't. Requests: 1) ability to set completion date while marking task done 2) log of completions for recurring tasks (great example is in the app named "Regularly")

Bro like please, please, add the option to organize tasks by drag and drop! Let me decide what comes first! What is with none-drag&drop interfaces these days? When you do it you get a four. Plus, if you disable the fact that when I click on a task it first opens the whole window, instead of opening the task itself, you'll get a 5. Thats a promise.

I like this app. This is from the Eisenhower Matrix and I've always liked the concept. The widgets, personalization, and detailed checklists/alarms/categories/etc... are quite helpful. I've not noticed any particularly annoying ads.

Despite its basic functionality, this app is a very elegantly designed tool for organsiation and prioritisation. In the comprehensive scope of its purpose, it gives me all the freedom for adjustment I could wish for.

Great! I'm from Kenya, I wish I'd found this app earlier. I was wasting time doing things that belonged to the 4th quadrant (neither urgent nor important). Now, if a task overstays in the 3rd quadrant (to be done within a month) and never seems to get done, I MOVE it to the 2nd quadrant (to be completed within a week) or the maybe the 1st quadrant and get it done and over with TODAY! I can't believe I have finally experienced being productive, in decades. Good work, developer!

Thanks to the Dev. for this incredible organizing and time management tool. Everything about this app. is so well thought out. Whether you're looking for a great tool for management of daily habits or an effective tool for breaking down complex goals into manageable increments, you will be hard pressed to find a more user friendly system. Now, pay that 1.99 to remove ads and go to work!

Update 2019-10-31: After new update the app looks really cluttered. I prefer the previous look. Also i can't hide my deleted tasks. Please make the app cleaner looking. Would also love to see a desktop version so I can sync items to my work laptop for greater efficiency.

I loved the app before the most recent update. Now, two of the features are no longer accessible. I can not assign tasks for future months nor can I assign repeat for tasks. I emailed admin. Hopefully they will address or I will delete and find another app.

Severe issues with the date and repeating. Trying to set a repeat for today (Sat) & Sunday. Once I choose Done for today, it's not showing due again until next week. Tried again for just Sunday (tomorrow) and notification coming straight up for today. This completely destroys the purpose of the app. Please fix this asap 🙏

The four task boards are simple, yet elegant. At a glance be able to look at everything. And customer service was quick and polite when I requested features. All around it us easily my favorite task app.

I like it so far. It utilizes the urgent important matrix and I can add widgets. The most important thing is that it is simple and easy to use. If I use it religiously for a month I might pay to get rid of the ads. The ads are on top and it is not that intrusive.

This has been one of my most favorite tasking app mainly due to its widget, but sadly I have to look for something else as I need the app to be more efficient (UX). I also disliked it popped the app window when I wanted to mark tasks as finished.

Very useful tool to prioritize my tasks. I feel more effective and less overwhelmed compare to my previous to-do list. I don't procrastinate that muchbanymore and tend to do the thjngs that need to be done now. Very useful app.

The app is great, however the widget is not working I have tried the fixes discussed with no success. When I try to drop it onto the screen I get a black screen.

Marvellous application. The best app on playstore based on the Eisenhower/Covey matrix. I dont use this app for reminders and havent tried exploring its reminder options. Many other apps on playstore for reminders alone. I use this app mainly for its perfect matrix implementation To the developers, hats off - and thank you. Please dont take this app off the store. Keep it up and I'll be suggesting this app to any of my friends that are looking for an Eisenhower matrix productivity app.
