4 in a row king's AI is almost as good as the app made from Ultima Architect. Would recommend if only for the the multiplayer mode since there are some seriously good players. Played 1500+ games online and the glitch people has talked about happened once. A certain ad is getting seriously annoying with its music blasting at my ears
Im going to give a 5 star because this is the best connect 4 game online with I believe the most users. With that been said, the game needs a little improvement. Players close the app when losing so it does not count them with a loss. You should be able to communicate or comment to other players. I see people commenting silly stuff, but this game can be played for fun or it can get very competitive. Connect 4 is a very strategic game that could turn to be very difficult.
I'm going to give 4 stars just because all the free losses I get from multiplayer. stats are currently 1700W 79L, more than 40 of those losses were from connection errors from server and unable to play opponent due to bug. I also recommend to make stats visible during gameplay rather than the .5 second pregame.
So basic a 4yr old child can play it..& Its 'fun' in the 1st few sessions BUT, by the 5th, 6th game it gets OLD..REAL QUICK! Other than that there isn't much else to it. I wish it had levels of intensity like most other basic games out there & options to show 'strategies' that "could be" made as w\Pool games preshowing potential shots, lines of sight, etc. Too basic IMO but passes the test of a 'quickie, 5 min pocket game' I suppose. The music sux BAD but so does TOTAL SILENCE too, so FIX THAT!
It seems reasonably difficult, but I don't like the display. Would prefer a simple two dimensional board with round holes. ---- after playing it a while, the difficulty is perfect for me. I am at the hardest level and win about half the time. The red balls are a little hard to see.
4 in a row is certainly a fun game, very challenging, however would you please "FIX" the bugs...the blue & red chips will often fall mid way the game board, sometimes won't fall AT ALL! THIS FORCE YOU TO START OVER, BUT THE GAME COUNT THIS AGAINST YOU AS A LOST! PLEASE FIX SO THAT IT WILL REGISTER SCORES PROPERLY IF YOU RESTART A GAME BASED ON THE GAME'S ERROR
Its be nice to reset the stats on the wins. Once you actually know how this game works it's great but while going through the learning process you rack up a lot of high numbers on one side and it gives a lopsided view
the game is good but it does bug out. what I mean by bug out is that, sometimes the game will automatically let the computer win and it don't even be 4 in a row. other than that this game is fun and good for wasting time.
Really good game for passing time. An idea to make the game better is a section where you can change the colour of the board/frame if you want to and have a wide range of colours to choose from? Perhaps even doing the same with the counters...
The gave is great. But I am colorblind, and the red chips are confused with background. As a result, I make many mistakes. Suggestion: ability to choose background color.
The game is too glichy to play. It is full of game breaking bugs such as when you want to lay the first piece in a row, there is a good chance the game will make your piece float at the top as if the row is already full, sometimes the game pieces overlap, etc. Terribly programed.
I love the game so much but I feel that you should make the background brighter because I am a sunshine and bright person and I don't like dark things. And also the sound. Instead of the one you have now, you can put nice music. I think the background should be white. And there should also be exciting music. But good work after all. Thank you
It's great edited and also it is great that theres multiplayer so. Yeah.Its a perfect game for people Who's alright at losing someone Might lose at level one.Who Knows!. But this is really good if This gets an update I'll be there. Like as fast as possible but really Reaally good game Keep it up ๐
All is good. The difficulty levels are quite well spaced. Colour blind people might find this difficult to play as the red tile in black background is difficult to notice.
The level 6 AI (the 'hardest' one) is too easy to beat. This game is no challenge, and it seems like the developers didn't put much effort into the AI. It needs a more sophisticated AI.
This game stinks! Even on the easiest difficulty level the computer player as you're opponent is very sneaky at causing you to lose while the computer player wins every time.
The ai in this game is completely broken. Even on level 1, the computer players still beat you and make the most perfect plays and win. I played a fair share of games of connect four and its impossible to win against levels 2-6.
The game is more like a chess mate against the computer. Think quick, smart, and effective games like this along with others help me think plus I always love a good challenge.
The level 6 ai is very hard i understand but the thing is there is a bug, when the ai gets trap and no other way to put the extra move, its just put it in the current stack, and that makes me annoy, i can't win the hardest level og ai although its a great game but nah its a no for me
good graphics shame about the game play, downloaded and beat it instantly it follows the same path each time? then went play it later could only get a black screen ??? must've got the hump at getting beat. uninstalled.
Level 6 is super hard, it calculates every possible way it can win so you have to really focus every move otherwise its game over. You can win but its a tough battle.
Great game in all levels that I can play. The computer is really smart and know what way I could do immediately. Love game, love team ! Hope your team more developed.
The bots are a good difficulty and multiplayer is good. It's just the graphics, and lighting on the board can make it hard to concentrate.

I like that it is challenging but it erases the board as soon as there is a winner. You can't analyze the game and learn from it.
Literally the perfect connect 4 app. + Good Ai +6 different levels + 3 options: against AI, multiplayer local and online + Good graphics ++ No long annoying ads!!!
level 6 all the way... if im not mistaken im sure its impossible to beat the computer on lvl 6 lol but it sure is good fun trying if you can beat the computer at level tjen kudos to u , level 1 is hard enough but level 6 is insane :)
I like that I can play the computer and not have to find another player. It's fair it doesn't play me against a opponent that is too smarter gives me a chance to win now and then.
On level 1 it took 3 tries to beat it but I did. It's really hard so for someone who doesnt like challenges I wouldn't play it but if you love to be challenged you should play this game
Absolutely amazing. You can play 2 player with the person next to you IRL, multiplayer online or single player against a computer whose difficulty can be set from 1 to 6. You can also can choose your colour: red, blue or random! It can be played offline so is ideal for long commutes and is perfect for children; there is no clearing up! 10/10 highly recommended.
