This app provides accurate local weather, but the updated version is much worse than the previous version! Most importantly it's missing the up-to-date forecast videos! There are way too many ads, which I could live with since it's a free app, but the ads get in the way and are very distracting. Even if it didn't have ads the app is not user friendly and is hard to navigate. Please bring back the attributes from the previous version(s)!
Wish I could uninstall this new version and bring the old version back. This "upgrade" is terrible. I want the current weather available when I touch the temperature info on the widget like it was before, but there's no option for that. Difficult to find the info I want and way too many ads. Newer isn't always better. Put it back the way it was please. Uninstalling until it's fixed.
Update ruined it. I've used this app for years, and a lways loved the ease of use and straightforward look. But they updated the app and now it is an over complicated mess. I loved th a t I c old just open it and see the forecast. Now there is more ads and more information th as t I font need. Haven't deleted yet, because at least the forcast(when I find/understand it) is still accurate, but I'm looking for something easier.
Well channel 4,y'all messed up a good app,with silly upgrades,that are for me,now un- usable! I can only see an hours worth of radar,,and that goes so fast it's also unusable! Why did ya have to mess up a good reliable app???? This upgraded version is just not navigable! It was fun,while it lasted. Hello channel 2,7,10 etc
The new app updates looks like a junior high school project. Ad splash screens galore, very difficult to find weather information and now have to click on multiple items to see wind precipitation and temperature instead of all being displayed together. Temperature is currently being reported as 66° when it is actually 62. Completely amateurish.
Terrible, useless update! Confusing with less features than old one which was much more "interactive" than this one that screams it is. Now I'm getting alerts that tell me nothing. Open the alert and it goes to a radar map with no explanation. Awful, awful, awful!!!
Hate the new look... Especially the hour by hour look/info and the Radar screen is the worsest!! It use to be so accurate and clear now just looks like a blob.. So much garabage you have view while tring to find the weather information. Terrible update!! Looking for another choice.
The radar part of the app is horrible compared to what it use to be. It is just what is happening at that particular moment. You cannot interact with it too see what the projection is in the future to see what is coming . Use to be my favorite. Not anymore. Use other weather apps in preference. Very disappointed.
The new app stinks. Too big of an ad navigation of the app is not easy and the radar doesnt work. Shows nothing. You can't set up what you want its either this or that. Use to be able to choose how you want to see it. Cant put the temperature on my banner like it was before. Put it back!
The new version 6.7.1.6 is awful compared to the previous version. I turned off all notifications because it became so annoying. The interface is terrible compared to the previous verson. This is a step backward.
Just got an update for it. It was great- easy to use with a simple lay out but with the update its terrible. Its difficult to navigate and theres to much going on in every page making it hard to read. I have a saying, if its not broke dont break it!
Please revert this back to the last version. This app used to be my go to weather app. Now it's horrible since the new version. The new radar is junk. 24 hr weather is junk. The ads are overwhelming. Navigating the old version was so easy compared to this absolute mess.
Completely ruined this app with the ridiculous update. So many ads you can't even make sense, terrible go back to the old one. The layout is not intuitive all broken up all jammed up with ads you went from simple and intuitive to complex and ridiculous
I don't like any of the new app. Unable to see future radar, too many adds cluttering it, looks like too much was inserted into the boxes with pertinent information. There are no videos for local weather forecast.I am deleting this new app and trying a different one
Hay 4 you getting the idea yet.. no one likes the new update. Y'all ruined a good weather app. The radar is the worst I don't get it. Why 4? Unreal we look at the radar to try and see what's to come, we already know what it's like at the moment. All we need to do is look out a window. I will keep app for one more month if not fixed I will be deleting. I am in process to finding a replacement. Verry unfortunate
I liked the old version. The new one is not as easily navigated. The old one was simple and gave you a quick look of the basic information, if you wanted more info you could expand it.
Horrible update! This was my long time favorite weather app - until this latest update. How does an update make an app seem more dated and harder to navigate??! Older version was so easy to use - not as "clunky" as this newest update. Please please go back to the older version, or at least take these reviews into consideration and make this version better... In the meantime will need to search for a new weather app.
Not a fan of the recent design. Other way was way more user friendly. Also, it barely wants to load, takes FOREVER if it loads at all. Having to use alternate source. Please look into.
This app is Horrible since update this is not easy to used. Do not install this app! They think they make it easier and better but it was way nicer to use before!!! If you are looking for a weather app STORMTEAM 2 is just like the old channel 4 weather app
Do not like the latest update. The Radar had more options and the last version was easier to navigate.
The display/format was changed and it is horrible to view and read. Way way too many ads too. Please please please change it back
Was a really good app before. The new update is definitely a huge downgrade. Also you ditched the temp in the banner setting. Not good. Time to uninstall unfortunately.
This has always been my goto weather app. I rated it 5 stars. Now I'm changing it to 1 and deleting the app. This update has made it terrible. It's cluttered and looks awful and confusing hard to navigate. Giant ad at the top and more pop up ads. Long load time now. It was a good run well it lasted. But like most apps all good things come to an end when developers try to "improve" things and make them worse when the app was perfect the way it was. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
