Great local content and the best weather team ever...ish. My only issue is the ads. They're not in-your-face or anything but they're "clickbait". Ads that appear as news with catchy, outlandish, and mostly false headlines to prey on the unaware. These ads are everywhere on the net, sure, but it's the choice of KSHB to use that particular type of ad to boost revenue is my issue. -1⭐

Since the last update, every time I try to use the app on Fire Stick I have to clear all data or else the channel will echo the entire time. This is still occurring. If I want to watch your news broadcast i have to clear the data & clear the cache. Sometimes it starts echoing during the middle of the broadcast. If I didn't love Gary Lezak so much I would delete your station & never look back ):

Very pleased with this app as it works very well when using TalkBack, which allows someone like me who is blind to access the app. Easy to play the live news stream, access settings, & news articles. Its a lifesaver during severe weather to know what is going on around me. Happy to be able to pay a yearly charge to remove ads.

Normally I like this app, but today every time I try to open it, it quits. I've restarted my phone, deleted the app, and re-installed it. Still won't run. When the problem is fixed, will change the stars.

This app had quit working altogether about a week ago. I did send feedback but it never improved. Today I just deleted it & re-installed it. Now it seems to be fine. I rely on this app for local information. I hope the issue is now resolved.

Been having issues with app for over a week now. You tap on a story and the app shuts down. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and re-installed app and nothing has fixed the problem.

So many ads and they barely cover anything.

Of the television news outlets here in the Kansas City market, I've felt KSHB has consistently maintained a better internet presence than their competitors going back a number of years. In situations when I need to know "right now," this is the app I'm clicking on.

Video freezes up all the time. So frustrating! Decent other than that but needs fixed.

Great app, easy to navigate and everything you want to read about is right at your fingertips.

I like your station and especially the weather team but why isn't Dia Wall reporting the evening news? She is the best thing to happen to your news team ever.

You have one of the better apps. The only thing that would be better is when viewing the radar you could view the future radar.

It's exactly what I was looking for in my local news. The weather section is the best in town. Supported by the best weather team in town.

I love the passionate advocacy each reporter in the field & in the station has for each community & story they cover. Gary & his team give specific details on weather alerts, watch, & warnings. Having to put up with 2 to 5 minutes worth of adds just so you can watch a 30 second clip isn't worth it

I only wanted the weather so I unlocked all of the options that I could be notified of and it sends me notifications I never wanted.

Love this app because it lets me keep up with what is happening in Kansas city since I don't live there and I love my teams the Super bowl Champions Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals

This app is easy to use and the content is updated frequently. It is my preferred way to get weather information.

Uninstalled and quit watching channel...Gary's weather not enough to keep. Needs to report on the election truth.

I moved away from KC a year ago to Pennsylvania. Your app makes me feel a little closer to home.
