417 Hz Solfeggio Meditation
This is the second of a series of six sonic meditation recordings by Glenn Harrold and Ali Calderwood, which are based upon the ancient solfeggio musical scale. Each note in this scale has specific healing properties and this recording uses the second note, which resonates to a frequency of 417 Hz and is associated with the colour orange and the element of water.
This particular frequency works to dissolve emotional patterns and imprints from the past and facilitate positive changes. It also helps to clear other emotional patterns, such as low self-esteem, self-rejection, overindulgence, jealousy and emotional instability, all of which exist within the same vibrational energy. It has been said that the solfeggio tones can even help to release blocks and traumas from past lives.

I recommend all of Glenn's work whenever the opportunity presents itself. Especially homing in on his work on the ancient solfeggio scale. It's a great primer before during and after reiki treatments!! His work has many many other applications. It would be great if the solfeggio music only was available on one download corresponding to the chakra system that would be fantastic if it was the case!! Many thanks keep up the good work glenn !!

I tried downloading the Heal one didnt work. Did all steps advised. Now this one wont download. Am going to stop purchasing. Ive been a firm advocate of Glenn's apps up until now. Always recommended to friends. Not a happy bunny right now though. Will be requesting refund from google for both apps. Very disappointing :-(
Glenn's voice is so soothing and relaxing and i love Ali's music in the background. I've played this everyday so far and feel its making a huge difference to my mental state. The only difficulty is staying awake longer than the 1st 10mins to hear all the meditation!! LOL!

Just love the soothing, harmonious sound of this app; worked better than the free relaxation one I have by Solfeggio. This is extremely helpful when I struggle to sleep which is often right now.
Another great app by Glenn. For the anyone having a hard time installing it. Go to apps mananger force stop google play, clear all cache, then uninstall updates, disable, then Restart you phone, after restart Reenable google play and do not update then go straight to the 417 hz app to download and install. This worked for me.
I own pretty much every app by Glenn. I play different ones depending on my needs/mood. I play them on repeat for the entire night while I sleep and now I can't sleep with his voice. He is the BEST!

All of Glenn's apps are so incredible & healing. I have bought many of them & each one has such power to make me relax so deeply. To add to the effect more I use an eye mask & can tune everything out except his voice & the music. It makes the experience so much better for me. . Thanks Glenn, your awesome :-)

I bought some of the Solfeggio mediations about a month ago. I did love them. Unfortunately they all broke with my latest android update. Great apps. Dev have responded swiftly, providing me with MP3s to use until the problem is fixed.
