Update, 4 months later they still have not fixed the problems !!! It's sad that they cannot make an app that works for their customers effectively. Used to be a great app. Lately it has lost or they changed important features that you cannot use anymore and it takes forever to load if it ever does. Needs work to be usable again ! All my other apps still work fine.
Can't transfer $ within the different accounts, got totally embarrassed at a grocery store, I needed to transfer money to my checking account to pay with my card and the app wouldn't let me transfer funds, so I ended up having to pay cash, this app used to work great however it doesn't work anymore, 4front keeps saying for months that it will be fixed, so far nothing...bring back the Members C.U. regime..
Been trying to make a mobile deposit for 3 days keep getting an error message that says " cannot process deposit a problem has occurred with the remote deposit adapter. " nice as I signed the back of ck for mobile, and now I can not deposit it. I have used it before and it worked fine . So why won't it work now, upsetting as I had to sign it and write for mobile deposit on it.
This is a great, easy to use mobile banking app ! And I had never used a bank app in my life ...I was able to find everything I wanted and look my way around it with ease ! Not only is it a good app they are a great bank which works well with the app ...I've never had such a great banking experience ! I recommend the app (and bank) to everyone!!!!
I've liked this app for a while after there were a bunch of great updates on it within the last couple of years. I still plan to use it, but am hoping this review will prompt help, change, or answers. I have a difficult time trying to load the app. It takes some multiple minutes for the app to load, and sometimes it never does. I've tried multiple wifi sources, being close to routers, phone data, and still have the problem every time. The app says that my connection is slow no matter what I do.
Very slow, whether on wifi or on data the app has a hard time connecting. The app will say the connection is slow but it does this every time I use it. Even on 5g.
This app would be exactly what you want from a banking app if it weren't for log ins taking an incredibly ridiculous amount of time. This has been a problem for months, I don't understand how it still hasn't been fixed.
AP takes forever to load. Most of the time it just sits and loads for 3-5 minutes. No useful updates or any for that matter. Still not happy with the mobile deposit function. Negative stars
Super helpful tool for being financially present with your Credit Union. They have all kinds of thing you can look at and use to keep track of your bills and other purchases. They also make it easy for me to look a my credit score and see how I can work to improve it and or, what would happen if you did something like miss a payment or if you pay extra what would happen. It's a wonderful app for money management
Buggy, slow to load even on good internet. Haven't been able to transfer money in to different 4Front accounts, and the app won't tell you that the feature is currently down. Not much has changed since the Bay Winds days, I can tell
It seems like the developers have kept working hard on this app and have made more features and improvements as time passes. I remember a while ago (around a year at this point?) it just didn't work well at all, but now it's very easy to check my accounts transfer in between them in a few seconds, and I've recently found out about the mobile check deposit feature, which I am incredibly excited to have from the convienance of my home. Great app for those who use 4Front, would highly recommend.
Its an awesome app for banking. However, like a lot of software there are some issues. The one issue I am experiencing now is when I sign in it places my user name in the password box and it SHOWS my password in the user name box. I keep having to delete the username and password to enter it in the correct fields. With the virus situation calling to report this has been unsuccessful.
Since the changes, it's not very intuitive, logout process not automated and will not leave my screen until dismissed through app manager. Lots of offers that I will never qualify for. I'm left feeling disappointed, if not disenfranchised. I've been a customer for nearly 40 years, and there are very few things that this organization has done for me and this app highlights that disconnect. Constantly asking me to increase my level of security and offering a gift card through a drawing? No helpful
What is going on? Anyone else having issues with transactions not appearing in the app for past 6 days? This is going to be a really big issue if deposit doesn't show by tomorrow 😒
I love having accessibility to fund transfers and account history but it lags quite a bit and I have to exit and close out and try again even though I am constant wifi that is great wifi.
Please go back to the original format!! It worked good now there big green squares on the screen very lagging 😑. UPDATE its fixed back to normal thank you!!!!
Every time I need log into the app it takes longer to load. It's never been an issue before until recently. Each time I have to close out of the app, clear cache and it works which it shouldn't have to be that way. Sometimes that doesn't work and I have to wait a bit to log in. This is frustrated. I should be able to check my account with no issues.
Does what I need it to do without problem. I am pleased. I used it a few times for mobile deposit and it worked well. Camera isn't synced with viewer so it takes multiple efforts to get a proper pic of the check. If I used this feature more frequently I would became annoyed!
Love the convenience of the app. But I wish it had mobile deposit..
When I first got the app it was amazing. It was fact and let me do what I needed to. Over the past month or 2 logging in has been really slow. Sometimes taking minutes to log in. If that could get fixed that would be perfect
I think I could drive to my local branch and back before this app even opens. Come on, it's 2022, it can't be that difficult.
Barely wants to load half the time. Im on good wifi and my data is good when im not on wifi. Still take 15 plus minutes to load
Ease of use. Helps me keep a much better tab on my day to day finances. In this app I can see the running balance, live. My end of the month printed statements are almost unnecessary, and I'll probably go paperless sooner than later because of this new, empowered financial control i have. It's liberating and the responsible thing to do!
Needs to fix there app I'm always having troubles logging in always say my connection is slow even when I'm at full bars.
I've just spent hours trying to do a mobile deposit and got nothing but error messages. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, still getting "RDC unavailable " error every time. update: it worked on the second check I tried, but additional attempts on the first check still failed. when it works, it's good.
Supper slow to open. Other then that easy to use once it does.
It really is convenient! So easy to use and you can view statements and account at anytime. I also like how I can see the checks I wrote. Depositing and scanning a check does take a few days to land if anyone wants to know.
This is a great app!! There have only been 1 maybe 2 times when I go 2 login and it has experienced difficulty loading, it has not happened in several months only when app 1st came out. I love the abilities this app has, and u can check ur credit score....LOVE IT👌
the first time i used this app it didn't load and kept telling me the there was no server connection. never got it to work and all i got from 4front member services is that it was my fault. in spite of the fact all the reviews say the same thing... it doesn't load... don't waste your time... whomever read this... don't give me platitudes, give me results. it's been almost 6 months and you still haven't fixed the problem. really!
App is really slow to log in. Sometimes takes minutes, very frustrating if you want a quick look at your account. It would be nice to get text updates every time a transaction is made. Edit.. per developer reply, yes you can set up alerts, but it just says a transaction was made. No details, you still need to log into the app to view. It defeats the purpose of a text alert.
