App crashes when selected on my Xperia XZ Premium. Completely unusable.

App crashed upon start. Developer must not care since this has been an issue for quite a while.

Like all the others, crashes upon opening. Really can't review something you can't use.

Thank you so much for this August update! I have the FMP - X1 and I simply could not access your 4K video store for like the last eight months until you put on this update. It was so frustrating but now I'm back in business. Just one minor issue remains I'm hoping you guys can fix: when I try to look at the "All Feature Films" area of the store, it only loads the movies alphabetically through the letter I. Therefore I'm seeing less than half of the available movies. Can you guys please fix this? Everything else is working perfectly and I just love this service - please please please. Thanks so much.

Lovedthis app but now it refuses to download the update. Making it unable to open my player for use.

Like the other guy my Xperia Z2 tablet upgraded to Lollipop & now the app just shuts off, could it be updated to support Lollipop?

You don't need to configure the TV. Very good for a poor product as Sony FMP-X1.

DON'T UPGRADE YOUR ANDROID DEVICE TO LOLLIPOP! THIS APP WON'T WORK WITH IT!! Sony released an update for my Sony Xperia tablet upgrading the OS to Android Lollipop and the 4K Remote app no longer works! The app doesn't support Android Lollipop! I'm using my FMP-X1 with a projector and can't use the media player without the use of the tablet, thus rendering my FMP-X1 useless!! I've emailed their app store admin at the address shown in the Additional Information section of this page a week ago and haven't heard a thing!

Media server remote crashes with the latest Android tablet Os Update. Is there a way to revert to prior os?

This app is designed primarily to help Sony 4K projector owners. It will work with Sony 4K panels as well though. For those who don't heed the single important notice: "This application is made exclusively for owners of Sony Xperia Tablets", yes the app will unsurprisingly fail to load on a device other than the Xperia Z tablet....

the app is good but can be great....needs to be able to turn on the TV and or change to the correct input...this should be no problem for this app because is has to be connected to the dedicated hdmi port that has CEC...also need to control the volume....with those added features the app will be perfect. image pickup your tablet browse for the movie you want to watch just swipe it upwards and bam...tv turns on which to hdmi 4....or the TV is on say watching ESPN but want to watch a movie ....you should only have to choose the film send to the player and it should change to correct input...no need to look for a remote to turn on or change volume and inputs. of the TV.... three stars because the features am requesting should have been added auto... also this app should be available for the Xperia Phone why limit your consumers when they have already spent thousands for the sony products.. will be happy to gave five stars when features are added.

I love the movies in 4K and my Sony 4K makes everything I watch better.

Just bought a Sony 4K TV. Saw this app when browsing and thought it was a remote for my phone. Wouldn't launch. Come back to troubleshoot and I see that this app is dedicated to projector owners listed in the fine print. No one thought to include "projector remote" in the dang title? A little silly if you ask me, disappointment for no good reason.

What a waste of time, installed it, and crashes right away. Deleted right away.
