This is accurate enough, may be good to supplement it with news channels or live radio broadcasts. I watch the local news while viewing the app, and it is accurate enough to predict tornado warnings in effect as well as a good general area and path of the tornado. Can be a bit much on the screen if you have all the notifications in effect; however, it can be localized to specific ones if you want. TL;DR. Recommend it if you live in high disaster areas. Good supplement with live broadcasts.

I installed this app about 10 days ago. I am very impressed with the accuracy and detail of their weather information. Although I live about 90 miles southwest of OKC, this app is much more accurate than our local news and weather source.

I like that they still sing the national anthem daily, I love how they stay on top of bad weather. The ease of using the app.

For the most part, the app is, ok. Not correct most of the time and can be very misleading for those who need a good weather app. The daily vs. the hourly part is very different when comparing the two and has been for a while now. The weather channel app is a lot more precise and correct. Please fix this issue with this app. I'd like to keep this app but as long as it continues to be misleading and incorrect, I will uninstall it. Thank you.

I had no issues with this app until the recent update. The live stream video stream times out after the ad. I think the longest I have got after the ad is like 30 seconds. I thought it was just my phone messing up but after reading another comment with same issues it's concerning. Especially if there is serious weather happening I need to be able to trust that it will work properly. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Other than that the app is awesome!!

I rely on this app a lot. There are many options to customize what you see and when. I've been tempted to try the apps of the other main local news stations, but I love the folks at KFOR and the WX team ESPECIALLY, so I haven't given the other apps a chance. Last year, Mike Morgan's voice came out of my back pocket warning of high winds in the area and some one commented how neat that was. They recognized his voice. I told them that he's not as tall as he appears in real life! LOL

Great weather app. But...during severe weather, watching live stream it plays from 5 to 10 seconds then pauses and wont play again until exiting live stream and restarting, then it's a 30 sec add and plays again for 5 seconds and here we go again. Used to be better. :( update: as of july, with app updates, still not fixed. Loss of another star.

Samsung S 20+, up to date, GPS enabled, all permissions are allowed all the time. but the app cannot follow me like it used to. Very disappointing considering the app is my go to for weather all the time.

The latest update (4/21/2021) brought back the app I used to love! I really appreciate the improvements to the app for access with screen readers for visually impaired or blind people. It really helps! Really recommend the app! Weather alerts are sent in a timely manner, and forecasts are very accurate.

Currently uninstalling the spp for the 2nd time. I waited several months to reinstall hopeful the bugs would be fixed, but it still freezes/locks up and is unresponsive. This used to be the best OK weather app.

Tried to use it last night during the storms, wouldn't play but 30 seconds and 20 seconds of that was commercials then it would stop. If you restart it it did the same thing. Used to be much better may have to go to channel 9's.

I've always loved using this app but after the new update the radar isn't very accurate, the textures/features of the storms went way down and if you compare the app to the website the website is far more accurately detailed. Please bring back the old version, the rest of the app is still perfect

I used this app for keeping up with the weather when it gets stormy but now it's freezing, won't respond to multiple restarts and uninstall/reinstall attempts, and has basically made itself useless to me as far as weather forecasting goes. Not cool. Uninstalled for the last time.

Use to be a good app to watch the live stream when they're severe weather but for some reason, they don't have live video on anymore on the app. Anytime I click it is a blank blue screen. Also, they don't spell out the forecast just give your a picture.. Still ok for the radar though.

Absolutely my favorite weather app! I don't even live in Ok. I dumped the Weather Bug app just because it went down hill. I still use Weather Channel as well but this app smokes them all! No need to change a thing. Note 8 user. Looks as though it is more iPhone friendly however i still love it!

App was a complete and utter failure during the storm that passed by my house on 5/25/19. No streaming video, no alerts, nothing. Had to, scramble to find a source for news after friends stared getting text messages about possible tornadoes.

Love the new layout, very easy to use and really like the new radar screen. Great app! Have tried almost all weather apps in this one is my favorite. Very accurate and gives detailed information.

The live stream app only plays for 5 seconds before freezing. The only way to get it going again is to reboot the app completely. Completely useless during severe weather.

This app crashes alot, will work well for a while then you get nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times still doesn't work. Used to love this app, now not so much. Please fix and I might reinstall, until then, I'm done.

The freeze/frost warnings are driving me crazy. I turned off precip notifications and the freeze warning goes off every 20 seconds. I cannot dismiss it either.

UPDATE: Please fix this app or respond to the overwhelming amount of reviews stating the "follow me feature" no longer works. I used to love this app. Lately the follow me feature just spins and can't seem to find me. I've been using this app for so so many years and now I can't rely on getting accurate info while traveling. Please fix whatever broke this. My settings have been checked and numerous others have the same complaint. Until then.. my rating goes from 5 stars down to 1.

I've always enjoyed this app, but for a while now, the current temps are incorrect. Even the temp displayed in the notifications. Right now its down around 31 degrees, the app says 50.

4WarnMe has helped SO MUCH! Is has NEVER been wrong so far for me like every other app and weather channel! I work at a truck stop and was shown this app by one of the truckers that used it. He told me the app told him exactly when a tornado would truck near him giving him just enough time to get out of harm's way before it struck! I hate lies and B***S*** but I promise this app will not let you down! Highly recommend for EVERYONE!

Well when I first downloaded it the app was great bow it doesn't play videos anymore and everytime I switch tabs ie daily hourly ect video ads come up now. Need to go back to the way it used to be this is annoying now will most likely uninstall

This app has always given me issues. It would only give me the weather every once in a while. It's now been a week and nothing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nada. Definitely not helpful.

This app use to ve so reliable now it is TERRIBLE!!!!! The ads..why? Every 30 seconds the live video stops and i have to go out nd open it again then there comes anothe ad. It doesnt even deserve one star now if u ask me.

This used to be a wonderful weather app but now it shows you the temperatures all over the place. I don't want that I want the old maps back. Those were good.
