A lightweight tracker for the 5/3/1 fitness program. Built purely with a dark theme, without any excess pictures, links, or unnecessary permissions, because aesthetics and lower power consumption are key for a lightweight app. The app allows you to implement your lift numbers and create a 5/3/1 program to fit your needs, automatically generating the proper weight, sets and reps, and any other specifics that were selected.
Among the regular 5/3/1 option, this tracker includes options for:
- First Set Last
- 8/6/3
- Joker Sets
- Boring But Big (Default)
with a few other choices.
The app tracks your progress, allowing you to automatically increase your weight by the programs 5/10 lbs each cycle. If you fail a cycle (per your program's specifics) than you are able to repeat that cycle, increasing the week by 0 instead and keeping it the same.
After the first week, the app will display your "As Many Reps As Possible" stats in a handy graph for each lift. The graph(s) will stay if the lift numbers need to be reset to a lower number and can be downloaded to your phone to be saved or shared.
