5 Good Goals

Setting goals, no matter how small, can help us focus on what we want to achieve in life and help us move forward in a positive way. Focus on 5 (or less) goals at a time and set yourself a time frame of when you’d like to achieve those goals – it could be you want to achieve them all in one day, or one week. It’s entirely up to you but keeping the time frame quite short will keep you focused, make sure you are realistic though. Break down bigger goals into parts to create smaller goals that will fit into a shorter time period.
The ‘Current Goals’ section of the app shows you the 5 goals you currently have active. Once you are finished with these goals click the Finish button to move them to the ‘Previous Goals’ section allowing you to keep a history of your progress.

The 'Future Goals' section lets you keep a note of goals you'd like to work on once you're finished with your current goals. You can import these to the Current Goals section when you're ready to work on them.
