This is a great app. I wanted an excerise app I could do without having to jump around in my living room or pay through the nose for. It's great just to have 5 minutes on your own and feel the satisfaction to know you're doing something positive and building strength. It's over so quickly, it could almost do with being 10 minutes
Free and easy to use. The upgrade with the bell at the end of 60 seconds makes it more user friendly than the previous version. I use this app between Pilates classes. Some non regular Pilates attendees would find these moves hard to sustain as a beginner.
I love this little app. As a newcomer to Pilates it gives a clear visual idea of what to do. I can get into position, do the exercise, check it again and repeat if I wish before swiping on to the next one. It's straightforward, clear and do-able; perfect for me.
Great app with clear instructions. Would be even better if it could give examples of how to differentiate, possibly with ropes. I am currently injured and though the moves arw basic I'm currently unable to lift my right leg without extra support and would like to know if what I'm doing is still beneficial
This is a great app. The only thing I would suggest, is to add modification for beginners in your descriptions at the start of each exercise.. For those of us who need a slightly easier version of the original workout/move.
Been trying to get into general yoga ish moves for a back problem, but was a bit like a giraffe on roller skates! I developed well should say joined together few moves that the osteopath showed me, infact she called it colga! But I struggled to make it flow. Come accross this little gem and im smitten, great app even for simpletons like myself, easy explained exercises, alarm clock and music what more could you ask for? I've just started and maybe its a tad of mind and enthusiasm but thanks.
I actually quite liked this app, it was very easy to use, the exercises are not super hard which makes it easy for people like me who aren't very flexible and athletic. Plus it only takes five minutes, which is amazing! The only reason I took away one star was because every 10 days you can only use it three times without paying for it. You need to pay to use it more than that. I personally don't have that kind of money laying around, but other than that it's amazing!
Good quick workout to engage your core. Pity there is no mention or explanation of engaging the core which is essential for beginners to know. Also audio instructions while doing the exercise will be helpful so that I don't have to pick up the phone to read.
It might have been my misreading, but i was not expecting to have access to only 10 free excercises. which really were about 8 as day two had duplicates of day one. day one free, day two - provide a review. day three - paid only. Please update you info to say this is truly a 'try before you buy' app. cheers
This app is excellent. It allows me to squeeze in stretching and strengthening exercises through my busy day. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially those looking to supplement a daily exercise routine and those with busy lives.
Very basic app and graphics. Only gives 2 days workouts for free, which is a bit pointless when there are better quality apps out there giving content for free or you can use YouTube.
Total bait and switch. It only lets you do three sessions per ten day block, if you want to do more than that it makes you sign up for a monthly paid subscription.
The excersizes are fantastic and a good work out. I think it's unfair though, to only have the first two days free. If you're going to do that, have an ability to create your own workouts. Not everyone using the app csn afford a gym, or a PRO membership thing.
Only downloaded today so early days, but 5 minutes is perfect for an overweight 63 year old who needs to take things slowly. Looking forward to Day 2
I've been using it for a few days and can definitely feel it in my muscles. The brief workouts and simple movements make it super easy to stick with so far.
Like the exercises. Feel like I am getting some good work done in a short amount of time. Ibtake Pilates classes on a regular basis and I have enjoyed this app so far. Very pleased!
Complete novice here. The exercise descriptions and demonstrations are easy to understand. I am surprised that my heart was beating so fast after 1 session. It's a real workout, not a scam.
Amazing app! Simple and sweet. It gives me exactly what I need - a simple set of excercises with demonstration.
Never done pilates before but this app was easy to follow and seemed to affect the right areas. Looking forward to the next session.
Only the introduction to each set of meditations is free. To unlock the others, there is a $14.99 monthly charge. I'm not willing to pay that, but if you are, then go for it. ✌🏼
Easy and clear to follow. I like the explanation of the exercise before you start. It keeps you motivated
great exercises, but is that the beginner level?! is there such thing as beginner level?! or am I in that bad of shape? (probably that last option)
I only finished day 1 but I feel good. The description or the visual for each pose could be a tad more detailed but that's ok.
All is good for beginers but voice doesnt work and you can add better robot to show the excersise. More detaills of each excersise please
My search on Google Play was for "free" apps, however, this app only gives you two days free THEN wants you to pay to move on to other days! Deceptive! Time to uninstall this one.
I only did the app for two days and I found it to be very helpful because you can read the text to see what you must do to make the exercise work correctly, and it times you and dings when the session is done. Therefore you can put the phone down and not have to concentrate on the motion of the animation and the ding will alert you that your session is done.
