These apps drives me to reach the 500. In the free version there is only the normal squat, but as you reach the goal you gonna have a strong base to go on the path. Thanx guys.
Crashes all the time. Many bugs appearing when switching between other applications from this issuer.

Great app,i barely do 40 squats but now am topping....i can now do 225 squats.....the recent goal is to reach 250 which i will tommorrow..i can see progress and i will surely get to start doing 500squats thank you
good but not great can offer more options. options like how many days do u want to workout in a row how many times a day etc...
I can't sync with Google fit..... Please add that feature
where has my Burpees gone too? I opened the squat app which I paid for as I only do Burpees from it. Now they have disappeared. I was really getting somewhere with it. Now all my work has gone. I would like a refund please
Is a good choice to gain stamina and get in shape if you been out for a while.

How do you move onto day 4?? I've done 3 days of squats, but I don't see day 4 popping up, do I just leave the squats now and go onto a different leg exercise?? I still give it 4 stars because I appreciate the correct form in which the person is squatting in the video. I can't give it 5 yet because I don't know how I'm supposed to move on I'd like to do more regular squats. I even bought the full access subscription.
My twig-like bird legs are so sore that I will actually die. Its been 3 workouts now, and I can barely squat to take a poop. 5 stars!
as long as you stick to it, you do see progress and it doesn't take much time out of your day

Love this app simple to use and a great way to challenge yourself. It initially does a test for your fitness level and then bases the workouts you will do from there to work your way up to doing 500....it's just an awesome idea that anyone can use
