love the app and concept but the missing star is because im a single mom and the amounts of 30, 40, 50 all at once is hard, it is for my parents too, but we are doing it to save for a move. if there was a way to "deposit" a few extra dollars each week (during low amounts) for the higher amounts (and have it show) would be pretty cool. just a thought to make it better.also make the option to reverse it and start big would be nice too.
A lot if ads but good app. Only just started using.
Really like the concept, did just start using it tonight, but I am enjoying it. It's simple, and allows you to set realistic goals to save money! Designed nicely and easy to navigate. Really enjoy the tab that gives a few pointers on what the app is all about, and how to utilize it's features. Thanks guys, looking forward to using it!
I really like this app, well thought out, well made, missing the option to create your own goals (ability to change the "until" date - stuck on 52wks - ie The Name of the app), but NY only issue (for taking away stars) is it has this GREAT BIG gigantic AD from the bottom of the page to the middle, that you can't get rid of. Anything you touch take you to it (ie Quickbooks).
Can't experience any worse ux in an application which bombards newly acquired user with adds. As soon as I install and open the app, fist thing I got is an add. I was OK, moved on and selected weekly mode. And one more add. For each click, I have to see 1 add for 30 seconds. For a newly acquired user it's way too much to digest. Have a better ux team which will help u retain the user base.
Exactly the app I was looking for. Haven't really tried it out, but so far it's the exact app I need to start my challenge. Just found out there aren't notifications. Hope you can add that soon. Your logo is also low quality. Let me know if you want me to make you a new one. Free of charge. Exchange for developing a good app. please make notifications
Very useful to save money and easy to use
*Total amount saved is adding up wrong by a large amount. * It needs to be where you can edit the deposit amounts instead of a set amount. *Heres a tip, add some cool celebrations when you reach your goals. *Get rid of the AD at the start. Its bad for business. * Always give clear instructions *** Keep making the app look fun to save. (Other apps fail in this category). Presentation is big in a savings app. People want to enjoy saving. You have so much competition for apps like these.
I have been on the app for 5 minutes and there has been 5 ada. yes I understand thay the app is funded by ads but it also needs fo be balance - there are so many ads that I can't even use it. there are other apps thay do the same thing but with less ads. other than the ads, the app is easy to use and setup - layout is simple and streamlined
There's only 1 currency available and that's actually very inconvenient or there may be other currencies but they're not easy to access, when i pick the date to start saving it doesn't set when i'm trying to set me goal. And on the learn part of the app there's another language that isn't English. deleting this app because i was really patient with it.
Good app to help plan savings. Would like to be able to reverse and go from largest to smallest amount. Also, develop a plan based on goal and/or date needed. Ability to set up accounts to transfer to & from would be amazing... then plan would be mindless!
just beginning this app, gonna see how things go will update after a month or so..let's go!
Great app. Annoying ads every 2 seconds. Very distracting when trying to work on a budget. Ads are horribly timed and loud as hell. Also if you ignore one it closes entire app. Had me wanting to throw my phone across the room. Going to uninstall.
Pros: Good concept and has the potential to be a useful app if the issues below are fixed. Cons: Does not have all currencies. $ changed to € on the second page. Displayed a message in Spanish on the 2nd screen although the rest of it is in English.
Great idea and is helping me save. I would give 5 stars but the overwhelming amount of ads is time consuming and often frustrating. And there isn't much incentive to buy the premium version other than ad removal.
Originally I rated this handy little app 4 stars. I have now had to drop a star rating simply because of the adverts. Generally I can accept ads on free versions, but whenever you open 52 weeks extremely loud audio adverts blare out. Not good if you have a heart condition, as it really makes you jump! I sometimes forget to disable or mute volume before opening, which is the only way to avoid being startled!
This is a great idea but the app needs work. I would like it to have a reminder option that you can set however often you would like. This way it kinda pushes you to get in the habit of saving. I have good intentions to save but simply forget.
Just downloaded it.... first thing popped up was an ad..... after putting information in, more ads popped up. WHATS WITH THE ADS??? I would've thought this challenge would have been great. To bad I'll never have the patience to find out.
Great, simple, compounding savings schedule calculator. Allows you to see the simplicity of saving small amounts to start, but over time you see how these small additional amounts add up over time. Start saving stat! 52 weeks goes by faster than you know it.
From what I could tell, there isn't a way to change your goal settings to a fixed amount. The app automatically increases the amount of money you should save each week. For example, I wanted to save $5 every week, and on the 52nd week the amount I was to save was $260.
I was a bit excited to use it initially. it was easy to use. straight forward. but the ads. holy, an ad appear everytime I returned to home page or edited my goals. I ended up deleting this app due to so many ads that just appeared.
It is a simple app so very little can go wrong. the only problem that would be little for any other app buy huge for this is that it DOES NOT SEND NOTIFICATIONS. This means that it fails to remember you to save money, which is the point of the app.so I am giving 2* only for this reason. if I have to remember by myself, I would do it with pen and paper right? Edit 2: the app sums numbers up wrongly. At the 13th week it should be 91$, while the app says 81. It is pretty weird, please fix it..
I'm disappointed that the premium (paid) app forces a popup that asks for your rating, but only allows the user to click [Not now] or [Give-star rating]. Additionally, the premium version of the app recently spammed my phone simultaneously with more than 19 notifications. Granted, the notifications were providing me with helpful projected savings information, but 19+ at the same time?
Good app, however will be better to improve reminders, maybe add task to google calendar. Also, maybe is also good to have a reverse option, from highest to lowest... I like the PRO version, works realy well without adds. Hope to see improvements of the app and in my bank account as well. Thanks.
Love it. It was easy to set up and I love the fact that it tells you what your balance is right from the app. I also like that you can have more than one goal with this app. It's making it so much easier to save for Christmas next year. I'm sure it'll get more challenging as I get closer to the 52 weeks and the deposit amounts are higher, but I am determined to see this through.
I wish this could be set backwards. I mean, you set an amount and it tells you how much you would need to save every week (increasing every week) in order to succeed. It's pretty functional the way it is.
I love this app. It's a great help to start managing finances and stick to financial goals. The only thing I'd change is that it doesn't allow for a lot of customization (have an incremental goal that starts at a different amount than the goal. ex: a $10 start base with a goal of $5 increments..) and I haven't found a way to choose the time for the app's reminders. Other than that, it's a really great clever app
