The app never works on my mobile for online ordering. It worked on my extremely old Samsung Galaxy 5, but it won't work on my new phone. I have to pull numerous tricks in order to order online. Also,the online options are not the same as the menu options. For example, there's no option for BBQ wings, but they have them. There's no option to customize certain things either, such as a fettuccine noodle for pasta, rather than a penne. Other apps for different restaurants allow you more choices.
The app is easy to use, and clear. My only issue with it is customizing the food is pretty limited. For instance, if you wanted extra pickle on your burger, there's no option for it, only removal of items from the dish. Otherwise, great app.
I attempted to place an order through the app and got as far as vehicle description and no matter what I tried nothing happened when I hit the continue button. In addition there was a service charge of almost $6 to place an order through the app. I ended up placing the order through Google, no fee and no issue.
Loaded app, placed order when I entered vehicle info I couldn't go any further to finalize order for pickup. Oh well, since they don't take orders over the phone, I will have to find another restaurant for take-out. Lost business, what a shame.
App states 20 mins for take out, then kicks it out an hour+ when the store receives it. Yet the food is cold and usually incorrect. Literally could have eaten in the restaurant faster than than it took for carry out. I want to like this app so much bc I enjoy eating there, but this is a HUGE waste of time and unbelievably inconvenient.
App doesn't allow you to give special directions (on the side, for example). I don't like being forced to tip when I order. Feels like if I don't tip, I'll get bad service. But if I do, then get bad service, I have no recourse. My order tonight had several mistakes and took 20 minutes longer than quoted.😞
Never let's me order, it always stops at the car make and model and then doesnt respond when I press continue. I have to call the restaurant instead which often automatically goes to a "beep beep beep" when someone is on the line. I had to call over 35 times just to get my order which could've been avoided if the app worked.
Same problem as others have had. Says 20 min. Wait when ordering. Then says an hour on the confirmation page. Other times I haven't been able to order asap and then have to randomly enter times to try and guess when my order can be ready. Also you can't get all the same selections as you can on the phone or in the restaurant. I will call in my orders going forward.
Local restaurants don't get enough credit for providing all of the layers of service they do. Not only does this place have excellent food & a huge menu, they have a solid app that both accurate & functional.
The food is always hot, exactly like I order... Once they know about allergies. The only bad is the app does not let me tell food allergies, so once I order on app then I have to call to tell my allergies. They don't always pick up the phone,😖 when I get there I have to tell the person running food to cars. Really would be helpful if the app took in account allergies! That would make my family's ordered go faster.
The app works well for me. My only complaint is in the advertising. The app says you get free gifts throughout the year, but I've had my app for well over a year and have never received anything. I do enjoy the $5 off every 4 visits.
First, let me say that I love 54th Street. BUT.... Ordering through the app is absolutely horrible. I just waited 2 HOURS from the time I placed the order, and I never got my food. I understand that they use outside delivery services, but the website said my order was completed. Last time, they messed up the order and I had to get a a partial refund. I spent over a half hour on the phone with the restaurant to find out that if I wanted to wait, it would be another 45 minutes for it to arrive. 😭
Absolutely and unforgivably horrible. The app has never worked properly. The website doesn't allow an alternative way to check in for rewards which makes the rewards program all but pointless.
The order experience would be good... IF I could complete my order. The app crashes after EVERY step. Pick a store - STOP. Pick a menu item - STOP. Go to checkout - STOP... I can't seem to use the bloody thing.
The App is horrible, I can not log on through my mobile or desk top. My number is register and user name, but it says the information is not in the system.......? This doesn't make sense. I get emails from them and I can use my number when in person, but I can not order online. VERY FRUSTRATING
First time going and everything was delicious. My food stayed hot the whole time and I had chicken and shrimp alfredo by the way and the cheesecake omg that's a whole other conversation. Everyone was nice and friendly and fast service.
Ordering is quick and extra, but extra menu items like extra avocado or extra dressing is non existent and I wish they had a button to check in when you arrive for your to go orders instead of having to call.
New look of the app is fantastic. Very visual with pictures of the food. Easy to navigate, order, and pay. Great job!
The 54th Street app for Android forces username AND password to all uppercase characters. Obviously, you should NEVER force upper or lower case of characters in a password field. Lost another customer!!!
App works as expected. No issues there... But twice now the kitchen isn't adding my "full garden" but giving me "no garden" on my Devil's Den burger. Asked and the server had no idea why. This happened both on the app and online ordering. Fix your system. Great food though.
Can't even place an order. When ordering it asks for make and model of vehicle and after selecting continue it just sits there. Cannot progress to the next screen.
ordered lunch combo. supposed to let me add soup cheaper. no. supposed to give me free bread. no. doesnt have slot for cjeckin number for rewards. whole thing hung up on me as first time user ... saved my phone number but did not place order. frustrating. feel like bait and switch.
I'm not getting credit for my visits. The employees say that when I order through the app my visits automatically credit. They don't.
For some unknown reason, you have to use this app to register for a rewards account. Can't use the website. That would be bearable if it were actually possible to register an account via this app. I got to the last step: creating a password. No matter what I try, it just pops the keyboard back up again with no error message at all. I've tried several different password options, and nothing has worked. Feedback on unacceptable input is basic, essential UI, and this app fails at it.
