To watch the video on my memory card I have to buy a cloud service. Absolutely disgusting company. And the products are just as bad. The camera seems to have a mind of its own and don't do what its supposed to all the time. Iv reset the camera over 50 time and now gave up. I will never by a cheap Chinese product again. More trouble than it's worth.
they try to shove the Cloud down your throat. And if you don't pay for the CLOUD service then they limit what you can do with this app. I bought the cameras with the SD Card so that I wouldn't have to pay a monthly fee. but I found a better app that works with all types of cameras and only paid a one time fee, and the images are so clear and better Resolution. this app is control by a Chinese company in China so I know they watch my cameras. some times the pan and zoom my cameras. uninstall ap
Don't bother buying th icsee camera or downloading the 5G app. They are both a load of rubbish. The app. keeps crashing (saying Icsee has stopped) every 5 minutes. Keep getting reports the app. is UNSTABLE, and the app. is slowing my tablet down
When first purchased IcSee cameras I received an alarm message. I have tried everything, from deleting my account, setting a new one, factory reset and I don't receive alarm. I have tried ALL the company's apps and it is the same. I cannot be watching my cell 24/7 to check messages, I need to HEAR alarm otherwise it is useless. I use a Ulefone x5
Not happy Jan!!! Camera worked fine with app. App updated and now won't connect to my 5G and it was before update. Wasted my money on camera now as it won't connect to 5G apparently even though it is a 5G camera. So cranky!!
The time is wrong yet it's on a network I thought it's using NTP, it's 5:30am now in South Africa but the camera displays 11:30am, there is no option of rectifying this on the app
Worst cam i ever use, the pic quality is good but you cant watch videos that recorded before just live.I buy the most exp cloud also and than dont work again :(
Would be better if you could activate alarm area and provide the options for different clouds to save storage other than that I would give 5 star review
Ok.. but when is the winter time the wifi is weak ..the best solutions is ethernet cables the app is ok is doing the job 👍👍
It is a good camera I like the way it rotate the 360 when having no other way

WE LOST EVERYTHING DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP MY SHOP BURNT TO THE GROUND AND THE FOOTAGE MAGICALLY ISNT THERE IN CLOUD AND NO ONE TO CONTACT ABOUT IT I NEED THAT FOOTAGE FOR MY INSURANCE COMPANY WE LOST EVERYTHING.

It's all very Chinese to me, little documentation make it difficult to use the app. Even with a storage card in the device you cannot record video footage essentially forging you to get cloud storage and that's not cheap. Disappointed with the ploy used to get more money from user.
