Unable to trade after latest update, screen is not updating even after refreshing several times. App options have changed and page screen is not at all user friendly. It is showing wrong price and values. Please look into the issue ASAP.

This app, particularly chart, doesn't refresh real time (My internet speed and system configuration are the highest). I am using this for the past two months. Because of non real time update of chart, I lost a huge money and felt worst experience.

New update has spoiled the landing screen. Font size has become smaller. Nifty and other 5 indices are in smallest font. Change is index is so small that it is unreadable. Constituents of index are not shown as earlier

I'm not able to make any transfers since a week. Latest update: my bank account got unlinked automatically and when I tried linking again, it kept giving error. It worked the next day. Also, worked for another bank account. So, it's not a network or caching problem. 1 star stays.

But it doesn't have volume normalisation option. It affects the smooth hearing of playlist contain songs from different albums. So I have to move back and wait for the launch of Amazon HD. Apple support informed me that their IOS devices having this option. If they are designing Apple Music only for IOS users, why they launch Android app?

I'd give it 5 if there weren't hiccups from time to time in login, placing orders. I won't recommend it just because of the instability it has. It has great features and products. Some are expensive than others but the way Calls are received is not great. UI can definitely be great with some improvements.

Very good app. I am using it since 2017 it is a amazing app. It has beautiful interface and amazing app opening intros which I never seen before in this types of app. I am loving it. It has new and old both stocks doesn't not matter which is new or which one is old that is why like these types of app. But there are many problems in app like when we use this app it showing sometime connection lost. And when we buy something in-app it's showing error 404. By the way app is good.

I have been using this app from 2 yrs. One of the worst app for investment. It never shows you the exact figures which you earned. Never clear on amounts. If you are a trader kindly switch to reliable apps. This is not one of them.

One of the worst app ever. Their executive called me up to install 5paisa for trading account. First I told them I was not interested but then they hooked up up saying they will reward us on each referall with 200 bucks which could be used for trading which is actually a scam. You cannot use the amount if you are not investing your own money. Still why bother using such scam jst to get some additional customer who are not interested in investment. Cannot discuss the app drawbacks in word limit

I was going to switch to other platform because of multiple issues but when I contacted customer service, the CS executive(Mr. Suhail Chaudhary) explained why the issue was occuring and resolved all my queries. This is just rubbish, I invested money on gold and saw the second day, the app itself is not working. Everything is working in the app, just if I check about the money spent on gold, then the app does not work.

Dear Team, I have several time emails to your register mail id before one year ago but till date you are not close my account. And applied unwanted charges. very bad service My recommendations to all of the user to use another platform, they will give you better services from this application.

In new update added watchlist stock not delete easily than previous update. In old update Press hold delete stock is very fast & simple process but in new update its not working.

Worst app ..i have suscribe the ultratrader pack then 5 paisa cancel my subscription and refund money ...but after that month 5 paisa deduct my money for next month for which i have not suscribe any package ...so please aware...your money can be lost...try other option

The new watchlist is horrible. The fonts are so small, it is difficult to read and see

Updated version is worst, last 10 days facing problem but there technical team is not capable to resolve. They have only solution of uninstall, re login, clear cache.

I love the Old virson, it was good, I don't know y every 2,3 days to 1week comes update, and all the functions change and mind disturb, please keep one time finally update, not again nd again, thank you

Old version was the best and also alphabet n numerical is so small.It is third class version old version was best I complaints but not solutions font n alphabet is so small I m not seen it clear please send old app.

Please restore the app to its original previous form prior to the present update since BSE index could not be viewed simultaneously. Also the trademark red and green indicators are missing. I am finding it very difficult to navigate between the scrips and to decide and place an order.

Best app as we compared this App to other brokerage App because this App executed order very faster then any other broker. I really love it's interface and in my family very one use this App because this is really user friendly. I suggest very one to this App atleast 1 times and use this brokerage service. Disclaimer :- This is a discount broker, so you have to compromise with some feature like GTT and SLBM and many more are missing there. I suggest not to use this App if you need this feature.!

Fraud my balance go in minus without doing anything so don't open account in this. Fraudster Worst App should be deleted. You just add charges to account. I want to close my account. The customer care said please pay balance first I mean why I pay I never trade or did anything. Fraud Give me back my money you fraudsters.

if you plan to wany to maintainance the stock and hold for long duration this is not the best option. They always charge maintainance each month, you will not get any profit instead each month you will be paying them until you get tired.

I have using this app since few weeks, trading experience is not good, user interface is not friendly. IPO bidding is more worse, i got the allotment but still missing out from portfolio. I tried all customer support no one is responding.
