It's a great Bank to go through and this app is a very basic and simple to use app. U get ur money 2 days early from your check. But the main reason I hate about this app the most and gets me so upset is that I can't use none of my old passwords because they force me to change it every 3 months. I just wish we could alternate passwords we already used. I'm running out of password ideas to remember, and you keep stressing me out even more. If u feel a threat, warn me to change it then. 😡🔥😡🔥😡

Mildy ok , it needs an updated load in picture the same one gets old seeing , the app works fine but could use some updates , like with the balance of the credit card when u pay your balance it doesn't clear the balance to zero so you'll know your paid off , it takes a few days pending which is weird cuz the money's there so I don't understand that .

App is pretty good, although slow. A bit limited on view credit card transactions. Also ran into a problem with the app trying to deposit check using the camera. It auto-detects the edges of the check while taking the photo, but the check I wanted to deposit had the MICR number below a rectangular border, and the app kept just grabbing the rectangular border with no option to turn that off. Having the option would be nice so that I wouldn't have to find another method to deposit the check

I like my app, but still limited to do transactions on the phone and needs to be more competitive in technology with other banks. I will encourage you to open the possibility to do cash deposits on the atm machine without the assistance of a teller during business hrs. the night deposit doesn't work for me or my family; it's just to improve a little bit more to be the best! Now days everything is about technology.

The check deposit feature is very finicky, hard to take a good photo.

Since ive downloaded this app, i have been able to see what purchases i have made, and its helped me catch transactions that i didnt do. If it wasnt for this app during that time, i couldave lost all my checkings. This app helps you know exactly how much you have and tell you what days and for what transactions were for.

It's pretty easy to go with this app gaining time and easy to work with.

Half the time app will not open. I do not know how to prevent this. This spp when working is benefical and provides necessary information. I would like ti see the app updated for tablets. This does not happen on my phone but does not provide the amount of informstion i can get on my tablet when working properly.

Best decision I ever made using Five Point. Great customer service. Not to mention anytime I call they are always ready to help even if it's almost closing time fast friendly service if there were more stars I'd definitely add more.

I love my 5 point credit Union. They are very helpful in almost every aspect. They have so much to offer that I didn't even know about, like extended warranty on my vehicle. I enjoy the friendly faces and kindness. They are very efficient, know what they are doing, and informative.

Very difficult to take photos. Many attempts required! My other bank's program is perfect on the first try, so I know it's not my phone.

Endorsement picture for the back is very difficult to capture. Took about 5 minutes before it was able to capture.

It's super easy and safe to use. I'm about to view my account balance, transactions, and transfer money with a touch of a button. Love it!!!

It works exactly as desired. It tells me how much I have, it lets me make transfers, and it has plenty features that I don't use just in case I decide to try them.

I love this app. It's easy to deposit,to pay, to check balances..... Love it! I spend more time in it than I expected, only because I do so much more through it than I thought I would.

I don't like the way you minimize how many times transfers can be made I should be able to transfer as many times as I want it's our money and not be charged if I do it myself on the app

So convenient and easy to use! I do my banking anywhere and anytime. I even transfer money to my kid in college while doing whatever. Thank you for this app!

I love the app since fixes, snaps photos for mobile deposit quick and clearly. Super convenient.

The app comes in handy to make sure all my checks have balanced and to also find overdraft mistakes that someone else has done to my account.
