3 exercises & 3 resting; visual demonstrations of each movement, verbal encouragement. Downside was that theres no verbal information as to what is the next exercise. Graph is tricky to initially understand. Finding the app several times running in the background (alerted by a popup) even though I had closed the app after everytime I had finished with it. The first ever time in almost a year that I've received a "crashed app" alert. Turned off background permission, it ignored it. Uninstalled.
Seems to be helping for my sciatica. It would be nice if during the 30sec rest; to have a preview of the next stretch; because i miss the first 10 to 20sec of the stretch just trying to get in position with as little pain as possible.
Having back pain on a daily basis, I have tried these excercises out of desperation . They do work great to alleviate back pain . Even better than pain relievers and i cant tell you how happy I am about this app. Theres only a few excercises, so you can learn them quickly. Now that I do them regularly, it helps stop my back pain BEFORE it starts. I strongly recommend this app to anyone suffering from mild to severe, occasional or chronic back pain. Try it...I guarantee you'll be glad you did.
I haven't exercised in a long time but I still have back pain. I had a pinched nerve and I couldn't be in my car without it hurting so much I could hardly stand it. I ended up not even taking my trash out and so now I've added being out of breath just walking to put the trash out. Now that the pinch nerve went away, I'm getting back into exer and taking my trash out. This is a good start for me.
Very helpful! I have every kind of ( itis) if it is concerned with Arthritic changes in the body (neck to bottom of feet) I'm in constant aches. This exercise with meditation breathing helped me to relax! Thank you.
Very good. Also why did you cut short your per session exercises to 3?. I love the old way of doing all the exercises at once. Please see if you can include all of them.
Awesome. I have an excruciating backpain. And after doing the first workout twice, i could walk normal again. Still have the pain, but it will take some tine and more excercise. But love it.
Before I even started. I tried viewing demonstration of each exercise but the link is not available. π€·ββοΈ. 2 syllableDE - LETE!

Helpful app. It would be nice to have the chance of a single payment for a permanent ad-free version.
Low impact exercises for people with back problems. Has really helped to give me relief. Been having back problems for years
Crashed multiple times on first use. Ads overwhelming. Uninstalled before I got to explore it.
So cool, there're lots of exercises useful, also has access youtube link to do correct the exercises from trainers. Thanks for all for this app creators πππ

Everyday exercise helps to get rid of backpain. Also fun to follow your progress. Thanks for this app
I love the exercises, but they don't tell you what your doing so there is noflow from one to the next one you have to stop and check what you're doing.
This app has always helped me... I had lower back surgery and it does flair up but when i use this app it makes it alot better!!!
I like the app, but the exercises are not explained. A good position is important to do a good work out.
This really helped my back. Back pain was gone as soon as I finish the first set of exercise. Thanks a lot!
simple excercises on a 3 day cycle make it enjoyable and effective in the short- mefium term
It's a good app to help back exercises to keep low back ache away..
I had to wacht the video during excersice because there's no instructions of changing position
Awesome. Simple.Loved it. 3exercises and you get the relief.
Not only reduces back pain, but helps you strengthen your back muscles.
I haven't been using it like I should. But when I do use it, it's a big help. I can instantly feel the difference
Great concept! I would suggest verbal instructions, as it is nearly impossible to view the excercises being displayed while doing them. Also, a time gap between the exercises and rest periods of about 10seconds would be more convenient, as this gives one opportunity to switch positions, without having to pause. I would also suggest displaying the exercises (and their demos) before the session starts, as to allow the user opportunity to familiarise themselves with the excercises and do them well!
