Good little app. Gets straight to the point. A pretty good way to ease yourself into future harder/longer workouts. Or a good warmup for your already establised workout plan. Or if you're pressed for time, and want to do a quick little workout, then this is a good one.
6 minutes of intense workout . Love it . You don't need equipment and lot of space for the workout. It's only 6 minutes and each day you have different exercises. It's great. I would also recommend you getting into the Thonon diet to combine and slim down faster and detoxify the body.
Good exercise but: no time to prepare, no clue what is the next exercise, no time to switch between sides during exercise. It will be better to have voice explanation during than all the same pep talk.
App is great and no ads. I would like an indication of the next workout few seconds prior to get in position for it.
Very helpful in keeping one focused each day because the workout is quick & gets the job done! It Works when you work it...
I am happy with this app. It does help you lose the cellulite, l look better and l see the difference. It is difficult in the beginning, but it is worth it. Loved it.
No daily Workouts just same excercises each time I log in and doesn't prepare you for which exercise is next so you can be in position to keep up with the timing of the app...otherwise pretty cool
Great app that's motivational and gives good results. Calorie counter would be good. Also, how many times a week is ideal? Or what's the minimum amount per week we should be doing?
This is only day 3. For a free app, I feel like it's a good workout. Plus you can repeat it as many times as you like. Making it a longer workout.
Its so great...it feels like you have an exercising partner BUT you have to improve by adding more exercises but all in all i love it
It refresh my mind a lot after a long day, and the excises r just what every woman wanting a good body and healthy look should do.
Hated it π‘ Most annoying voice with that shrill whistle. It Ruined my data. Only 4 exercises available ... no break... .Totally hell. π π π

It really is only 6 minutes.They are targeting movements. It starts out really tough (harder than you'd think) but with consistency you'll notice that it does seem easier. That's when you add weight! Or repeat it! Cellulite is natural, as you lose weight it appears to get worse -keep going- it will get better!
