6PM - Shoes, Clothes & More

This is by far one of my favorite places to shop but it never wants to load. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a good 5 or 6 times over the course of months hoping it will work eventually. Idk if it's not working bc I've got a newer OS or if it's something else. I'm hoping it's just a tech issue on your end....I wouldve given this a 5 but at this point I'm so frustrated that it's definitely effecting my opinion of this app as a whole.

I love the general premise of 6pm and the app functions fairly smoothly. Customer service is great. I do have some a few COMPLAINTS- 1) If excluding brands in search results (vs brand selection) isn't going to be an option, then why tf cant search results be sorted by brand or A-Z???? 2) Search for shoe laces and get 30 thousand listings for crock decorations and no way to filter that! WTH!

Logical, functional search features. Allows for precision during search. This app is very much like your old webiste: Simple and functional. Why change something that works? Great deals and great finds! I've discovered a lot of great brands here! You're my go-to for fashions, especially shoes!

I absolutely love the items and prices, but navigating on your site is extremely frustrating. The site always has issues- I always get error messages, I can't save items to "favorites", and today it wouldn't load a single item. You'd make a LOT more money off of me if you fixed all the issues.

Does not hold the filter parameters. Looking at an item, when going back, need to reatart the filtering. If i pick color, and size, it filters out what does not meet the criteria, but when I'm about to send an item to a shopping cart, I need to pick the size again.

I live for 6pm. I am an in and out girl and their filters are perfect. no destractions on shoes i know will not work for me. (left leg bka high functioning amputee) Also I can then just focus on color and price, vs will this heel height be too high? or will there be too many height changes between different shoes? these are the things a prosthetic wearer worries about. (they have cute shoes so bonus really) been using their site for over 3 years now. the app is nice. easy use.

I like the app but it could use some twerking. in the cart there is no way to save items for later. You can only remove. It also seems like there is a lot less clutter which is a good thing I guess but it seems like not as much is visible.

I used to love using the 6pm app. However, for the past several months, this app has been buggy and frustrating to use. If I try to add something to my wish list, it will close unexpectedly. I've tried re-installing it but that hasn't worked so I'm deleting this app permantently.

Product selection is okay but app is very putzy. Took way too much time to find what I wanted and then wouldn't let me add items to my cart. Got frustrated and took my business elsewhere. This app needs a lot of work and should have never been released in its current state. Uninstalled.

Mediocre. You either have to constantly delete and reinstall the app for it to work right or just call support for certain things. It needs some attention from the developers. One shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall an app to see the main landing page.

I give the app 3 1/2 stars for convenience; cart is a bit buggy if you fill it, then remove items. Took multiple attempts to make sure I was purchasing my choices & not what I'd already removed from the cart. Will upgrade to 4 stars if my order arrives correctly.

Super easy to shop. Super easy to narrow down by category exactly what you are looking for and super easy to checkout as well. The variety is outstanding. So overall a great experience!!

The best site for deals on shoes and clothes, but the app isn't as easy to use as the normal website for searching and filtering. I think 6pm is the outlet for Zappos which is a subsidiary of Amazon, so you're basically looking through their warehouses but with easier shopping and no BS ads.

I think the app is very excellent but could be amazing if the brand name alphabetical list was on here like it is on the desktop version. I do like to check out other brands I'm unfamiliar with especially those that cater to men clothing.

The app is buggy. It doesn't save things to the shopping cart, and if I try to add a favorite, it takes me to the home page and gives an error that something went wrong. I'm using a Samsung Note 8.

I love shopping through this store everything I've ordered is exactly what I see an want. I'm very satisfied with all my orders. I've never had a bad delivery or any bad items come through the mail an I love that I get my items within 3 to 5 days. Also the prices are awesome!!!

Almost impossible to scroll(swipe right) when attempting to view pics of products at various angles or when trying to look at similar merchandise at bottom of page! Hate it! Got a website I can browse instead?! Perhaps it'll stick less often!!

I love 6PM website, but the app is not great, it keeps on giving me the DOH! error page with that animated pet even before I chose an item or look for anything specific. I'd stick to the website but it's not Super user friendly on the phone. Please please fix it

those generic questions have nothing to do with an ideal survey. The app changed quite sometime ago. The ease of use is not there and it's to hard to sort things down to pacfic things. the filter is not so bad.

Overall great app. Just a little glitchy during checkout and when entering card info. Which can be a little scary sometimes, but they also have great prices and deals if you check back often.

Anything related to "favorites" crashes the app. Add a new favorite item? Crashes. Try to view previously saved favorites? Crashes. Total bummer. I love 6pm but lately the app is garbage.

I've been using the app for years. All of a sudden I'm unable to log in to my account. I don't understand why, because ever since I've had the app I've been signed in. It should not just log off on its own years later. Frustrating AF.

Still so clunky after all these years of ordering from site. SO slow to upload next page. Still freezes when shopping site for more than 30 minutes. Great site regarding products but often walk away from ordering due to app functionality.

I always find the best deals EVERYTIME I shop on this app! 6pm never disappoints me. Actually I take that back. It does disappoint me for providing such great deals which in return leads me to over buying/spending.

I have used 6pm for several years now. I have a narrow, hard to fit foot and they have stylish brand name shoes in my size. They always arrive when they say they will and I have never had any problems with returns or refunds. I would highly recommend this app.

I've been ordering for 2 years now. I recently had one mishap of not receiving a package, and literally I called, spoke to customer service. Not only did I get a same day refund, she also gave me a $10 credit! yes! I love this place!

I missed shopping with 6pm, its been a few years but today 6pm has a Bigger & Better selection! Ive spent hours shopping on the app. My list for 6pm is soo long til i'm going to have to build a larger closet. 6pm once again got me hooked & I like it!! The shipping time I really love! I Wish All the stores had fast shipping like that! #INLOVEWITH6PM!

Why would you not say when a deal is ending?? I had shoes in my cart and was reviewing my order, suddenly at 3am the prices had doubled or more... how hard is it to warn a customer that sales are ending? Now I've gone from buying 6+ pairs of shoes to buying nothing. Thanks a lot 6pm.
