The app does all the calculation properly... except one problem.. Their is no option of Promotional benefits...In case of Promotional benefits this app fails completely...So a kind request to app developer to rectify the problem and make the app flawless again...
Nice apps which allows easy to know basic pay after revision of pay fixation on Ropa 2019 that is from 01.01.2016 to 01.07.2019 but besides its just for normal calculation without promotion increment and CAS between the period from 01.01.2016to 01.07.2019 and it has no option to calculate addition increment as above mentioned period.....so the apps developer kindly upgrade and update this issue for better convenience .....

Really amazing app , by using this app it is very easy to calculating our future basic pay and gross total , percentage of hike monthly and annually also , a big thanks to developers.
This App is very much helpful to fund new basic pay as per 6th Pay Commission but with the only drawback that it can't calculate the revised pay if one opted to come under ROPA'19 at any subsequent increment date.
A very good, easy to calculate app.But more options to be created. An employee who get Promotion/MCAS can opt for fixation from the date of promotion/MCAS and any other date of incremental date from 01/01/2016 to 31/12/2019 But only two options are there. Either the employee can opt from 01/01/2016 or from date of Promotion MCAS. An employee who got promotion /MCAs cannot opt any other increment dates except date of promotion/MCAS or 01/01/16 in your app. Please Update this.
I have option for my fixation from the date of next increment but this apps not supported me to calculate my revised basic please do the the needful

Fitment factor will be 2.57 instead of 2.67. So it is a wrong calculator.
Please add 5th pay commision salary and increatment calculator.it is important for overdrwan case issue and more.

It is Very easy to use for calculating the ROPA 2019 BP ,CVP etc.
I heard that for scale change .1 increment + scale chang as per pay matrix done !! HRA 12% but u put 15%

After giving fixed HRA it's calculate full HRA 12000. Pls fixed it.

In my previous review I said it might have wrong calculation for the case where promotion/CAS fall between 2nd jan to 30 june. But the calculation is ok for those who have taken option to take benifit on 1st July. Thanks for your valuable apps. You have really done a good job.
