I made an order with two items. They delivered one and canceled the other without even informing me or sending an email. Their customer service via whatsapp is useless as it is automated. They think they can match NAMSHI who are much better, faster and more professional. Moreover, many times when placing an order, at checkout the item is not available. The next day you find it available at a higher price. Not recommend at all.

The app itself is easy to navigate, the only thing missing is reviews of items which would be very helpful when deciding regarding sizing, fabric etc. When it comes to service of 6th street (which has nothing to do with app but I will write it here). The call center - people are very helpful and professional. However the delivery/pick up service in case you need to return the item - is terrible! And because of that I will not order anymore from 6th street.

They scam people by posting a good product. By the time you receive the item that's when you realize is not worth it. I older items worth of AED767. and I couldn't believe what I got 🤦. I requested for refund. Till date no one has come to pick up the items, I keep calling all they have to say is they'll pick it up witheen 1-2 business day. Is more than 2weeks now. The items are useless, I can't use them due to the size erro apart from the fake product. stop scamming people with fake product.

Very poor service. I will not order using this app again. Until now my item is not delivered yet. Almost 1month already. Even messaging/calling their customer service didn't help at all. They just kept on sending request but there still, nothing happens! Edited: how many times do you want me to send my order details to customer support? I told you, nothing happens!!!

Ordered twice from this app, and both times my orders were messed up. First one took almost three weeks and only 2 of the three items I ordered came, when I called them, they said they will not be delivering the third one as there was no stock and they'll just refund. Ok. But how about informing the client? Second time, thought I'd give another chance, ordered three items, only received one. 2 weeks and still nothing, called them to follow-up. The next day, I received entirely different items.

The variety of the items on the app is good and has good discounts but I was very disappointed as such a big platform doesn't have a profitional tracking system. You can't see the progress of your shipment if its coming from outside while any other small app can provide you with all status of your shipment. And also no info about whats shipped from uae and whats not. The call center don't have the info either they say they can tell only when the shipment is in the warehouse in uae.

The app has an issue, when i go in footware section and click on categories the page is blank it shows no categories like flats, sports etc etc however on a ftiends phone all categories load, i restarted app several times do something about it as the app feels useless with this issue Edit: are you bot gonna do anything anout categories not showing in app?

They showed in my account ordered items that it was delivered but i didn't received it. And i called their costumer service for so many times regarding it but they just keep saying to investigate it until the last time i called them, they told me that they will Refund me with it BUT until now , still didnt get it from them 😡 VERY BAD SERVICE

One of the worst apps in terms of delivery and customer service. I ordered few items weeks ago, I only received one, I have no clear idea neither about the estimated date of delivery no how I can track my order. I don't recommend it, pay a bit more for fast and liable apps

The 3 stars are for the quality of goods. I can't deny that quality of their products are good. However, their delivery is the worst I have encountered. For that, I would want to give 1 star. It is said that the items will be delivered within 7 working days. But unfortunately, it is not the case. I assume that their products are sold by different sellers like Amazon. But the good thing in Amazon is that they consolidated the products to be delivered as one package. I won't repeat ordering here.

I order different items and they divide it to 4 package 1,2 and 4 package I received but the 3 package I don't recieve.. I send email to customer service but there customer service is not helping until now I still communicate keep sending emails to them but no one answered and helping...I am so disappointed the quality of service you provide I suggest to all users don't order different items in this application you are waisting money 🤑🤑 sure..i don't care if you will not refund my money..

We love it so much, at the beggining I was a bit sceptical about it, but I did compare some prices between the real shop and the app after the discounts and it is real, now I trust it 100%. Return with no questions asked, I mean comon 🤩 The only downside that we got addicted 😂. Few things to improve like tracking, but overall it is great 👏

Frustrating....app doesn't let you pay through your card nor it shows ur orders ...something went wrong from our end message is shown all the time....u can't see what u very ordered u can't confirm the cancelled order items ....like app plus website plus Chatton is whole other level of Frustrating customers...I never will use this again ...I don't very any idea my payment is deducted whether I will receive my items /refunds or not..

Unresponsive when we want to see the photos and zoom in. Did not accept my valid visa credit card and had to pay 20 aed when i chose cash Not intuitive when we move from shopping cart to order placement and system often hangs. Ps do get your act together.

I have bought 3 pairs of sneakers and active wear shoes from 6thstreet, first of all thier selection is really good , secondly they even helped me in the return process for 1 pair. I am definitely recommending this website to everyone . They are probably the best in the region in terms of fashion and sports.

I bought a shoe that didn't fit. Luckily for me they agreed to exchange, then I decided to buy things according to the amount they had returned in my store credit. I bought an Aldo necklace, Maybelline eye liner, a Beverly Hills Polo club bag and a shoe. Unfortunately it still didn't fit because it was an unsizable fit, I don't know maybe African sizes are different. Other than the shoes I am completely satisfied with the rest of the things that I received. I liked the shoes alot

I called you twice or thrice but told me to wait, you promised to expedite my concern, I sent a lot of follow-up email but it seems like you don't care. But until now everytime I track it in aramex it show until now they didn't received it. But in app. Of 6th street it received already since April 7...

Bad customer service.how many times i send a message to ask why they send my order separated they are not responding..Me and my friend ordered at the same time.. i ordered 2 items (2 different brands). My friend ordered 4 items (2 different brands), its cash on delivery. We thought 1parcel has all the items.but you shipped it separated. And we have to pay for cash on delivery fee for each parcel.1 parcel has 1 item inside..that sucks
