What is the transcript of 7/12?
Seventh transit is a kind of a mirror of land. If Satbara does not go directly to the land by reading this transcript, then the entire guess of the land can be found in the sitting place. Various entries have been kept in respect to the rights of the landowners under Maharashtra Land Revenue Act 1966. For this, there are separate registrars (register books), which include the ownership rights of the peasants, rights of the land, and the rights of crops in it. All of this information (7/12) is in seventh parallel.
♦ 7/12 What does the transcript show?
Every landlord can know from what's and what's the 7/12 (Satara) transcript for himself. Village Sample 7 is a jurisdiction and the village sample 12 is a fortnightly leaflet. There are village samples for the management of land and revenue for each village.

Very inconvenient to use. Why don't you ask all information in single form? It shows connecting to server after every click. And there are just way too many ads. Reduced one more star. Why do you ask for phone number at last stage. It's not required at all!
1. I'm not able to see records after entering name person, I have tried with last Name also but not.... 2.when I click on first name The Filled Name becomes empty.. Again when I want to search with last Name when tap radio button the Filled Name became empty.. 3. Lot of Ads.Whole application is filled with Ads.. Lot of Improvement required for this app
Very slow app, some functions are not working. No option to save or copy of document. Earlier registered complaints for several times for the same reason, year has been passed but neither action nor reply given. Hope now action will be taken with acknowledging this complaint. Other wise complaints will be raised at high level. Dixit RP.
Nice App to take 7/12 record of land, but record found upto 1995 only, the App to be updated as on date from time to time. I think that it is mistake of land record department. Update the APP, up to October 2019, so that, we can see records of our land as on date updated.
the app was working very well sometime back. now i feel a lot of glitches in the app. 7/12 extract not coming. and it is taking a lotbof time loading since the last few months.please do the needful.
Worst app cause ,it take more time for loading 7/12. Sometimes it doesn't show 7/12. So, you have to improve this issue as quick as..
It was really nice experience to use this app. only waiting time needs to be reduced. secondly there should be a provision to save/download 7/12, 8a in mobile.
All things are better but recent fer far or registration is not visible. The update of the software is very necessary. App is running very slow
Ads become very annoying. They pop up after almost every step. Other than that no big issue. Simple to use.
Very easy to use app. Gives results exactly you want with all details. Few ads are there..but..when results are good..no one cares about ads.😊
App is not performing properly. It should be dual language and search options should work on single or multiple choices.
It gives information about the revenue record but takes too much time to generate 7/12 and khate utara. And Still I doesn't understand as what is the need of captcha for processing every time, in this speedy world.
After latest update of 03March also getting server connection issue. Server connection issue. Not able to get 7/12 and 8A after trying many times also. please improve server connectivity.
If possible will give you minus rating, follow the level of coding , i dont know why this app taking too much to load data, i am sure you are not dealing with huge amount of data still the app loading and error occurred...worst app
new updates with 2 verification very bad. who has time . it was as already time consuming with ads flickering n popups. doesn't deserve even a single star....
Couldn't get 7/12 utara too slow tried for more than one hr. Goes upto captcha and returns. Needs speed and accuracy.
I have started using this newly and need some more experience. Looks great, but takes more time and also hangs /flops occasionally.
sorry to say useless app . trying to generate since last 1 year .but not able to generate single 7/12 extract. I had already uninstalled the app before 4 months and again installed on yesterdsy but no progrss seen. please do needful urgently.

If you will add additional information of related village for example total survey numbers, total small medium and big farmers, population etc. like wise that is better to you and one star is not given due to this.
cant get 7/12. app work till last page and dnt get results. app work till caption and then it does not display 7/12.
App is very good and very simple. But when i enter correct city survey no, it pop ups to check again
not properly design app for user. There is lots of errors in applications behavior. Make our digital India more better then we think.
3rd class for advertising, dirty and many adds will be show while using app on your mobile full screen add, does not show side bar adds, it showing so too much addvertising irriteting experience,
irritation because of frequent advertisement. kindly post one or 2 advertisement daily not to much. due to this customer find something other than this app
Very useful app. It takes time to show you results but it's ok. Totally worth it.
It was slower but better earlier with less advertisement. After the update i am not able to view the 7/12 and so many ads keep popping...have pressed the search button at least 20 times after feeding in all the information yet nothing happens and every time the advts show up... uninstalling
