7/24 Perfumes Shopping App

It is a scam , they steal your money and then will not send your order , and no way to refund your money and their is no way to contact them , I ordered and order since 25 April 2021 and till now 14 March 2022 still not delivered, they close the WhatsApp number the only way to contact them and the didn't even refund my money , don't install , don't pay any dollar for their scam application

I made a purchase on 18 jan of 280 USD to be shipped to saudi arabia. On the application there is nothing happened till then, there is no improvement on the applucation indicating that the shipment is being prepared nor shipped. I tried to call them and i discovered that the number is not working, tried to reach them on whatsapp but the messages are not delivered as the no. In not working. I sent them an email and still no one replied. Is it a scam? I recieved it and it is perfect and genuine

I ordered perfumes and paid by credit card. I communicated with them over whatsapp and told them I will be travelling out of the country and need the order ASAP. They are not doing anything to help. I even offered to change my order to something they have in stock but they are not willing to help. And they told me they will not refund me. They get less than 1 star. They just took my money

Order will never arrive, watch out they're scammers.. they will not respond to their support and their email address cannot receive any more emails.. don't download this app, and if you have it then delete it immediately, save your money from these scammers

It's been a year since have ordered. All the whats app customer service will say is sorry for the delay. There's no refund or cancellation option available.

Order made on 9/11 and now 4/12 and still under processing, so this looks like they took the money and no any way to cancel order or talk to someone there !!!!!

Don't deal with them again They cheated on me I made 2 orders that costs around 600 AED more than 4 months ago One for 3 items and another one for 1 item and I asked them to cancel the order with 1 item so they didn't send neither the refund nor the other order with the 3 items and each time I talk to their customer service they say the message that you will be notified when your order is updated Please take care dealing with such entities

Don't pay with your Card! It's a scam! I paid with my card, money was deducted (50+$) and I never heard from them again. Tried contacting live chat, their support team, even messaged them on messenger - nothing! Order never confirmed, money not reimbursed and no emails or messages got any reply!

I had a very bad experience with this app, I ordered a perfume and after waiting about 12 days to arrive it wasn't the same as the original at all, the one I recieved had a very irritatinh abd soap smell , I cintacted them right away after I recieved it and they refused to change or to return it , I wilnot deifinitely buy from them again. Edit: I contacted them through the email and the whatsapp and none of them helped.

Bad App,,, I have been promised that I will receive my order within 15 days max,,, but I didnt ! Also the ( live support chat service) is bad and no one reply,,,I will not receive my order and I will leave it in the shipment office,,,thank you,,,you just spoil my marriage anniversary!

Don't buy from this company because you will waste your time,I ordered 3 perfumes on 9 April and till now they didn't ship it and when I checked them 2 times I change my order due out of stock and even they didn't notify you but you have to check yourself, anyhow I will cancel my order and never advise anyone to deal with this cheater and by the way I already pay full amount by credit card.

Very good experience. Most of products are good. Sometimes delivery is taken more than 10 days.

These are not real product.i made the payment from my card and they charde more 89saudi riyal but didnt get product yet. Also they are not replying on my any emails..even they didnt have any customer service number. They cheated from me.

Toooooooooooooooooo slow... have 2 wait 5min after one click... i tried on the other device.. but its not even loading.. very bad.. waste of time

Very late delivery, i had few shipments with broken perfumes and last shipment isblost and 7/24 team will not care in case you pay online. Very poor service and i strongly recommend not using it.

Today I received 3 perfumes... Very very very BAD product and the smell is not same the original 👎 and all the bottles are scratches, damaged edges and leakage and when i sent the defects photos by WhatsApp to them they replied me *SORRY SIR* 🤦‍♂️ Bad experience 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Don't buy anything from them 👎

I ordered almost a week ago, I have received no message regarding the order. The only alert I got was from my bank after payment was made. So I don't know what's going on...

I paid for my order on 14 May , haven't received any notification that the order was placed. After 14 days only my order was processed and handed to the shipper, Aramex..unreasonably slow .. seems that 724 operations need improvement.

I cancelled the order and contacted the customer service. They refunded the money as they told within 30 days. Thank you

Ordered 4 months ago , and they stopped responding to my text, and already took the money , I Don't know if this is a scam , but will report anyway

The perfume is very nice and stays longer also when you order the products I like the packing it is deliver the product in safe way
