The app took forever to load, just like another app from CP, Lotus's. Besides, this app is such a head-spinning mess as its vouchers and coupons are scattered all over the place, making them so hard to find. And the massive size of the app is truly atrocious.

Good but ... pls reduce pop-up when starting the app. It's kinda annoying when you want to pay at counter but must try to prsss X at corner of screen (imagine one hand with basket & other holding the phone).

Delivery is so slow even when the store is less than a few kilometres away. It's take close to an hour. Also, the app hardly offers English

when it have to update the system always have a problem. Like no responsibility no loading sometimes I can't even go to delivery options . And when I update I also lost my phone storage TOO MUCH

There is a bug in Delivery option, already send email but nothing solved. After reinstall can use for 5 minutes and popup that my device is not supported. When are you gonna solve this issue.

I chose the option to switch to English, but the app switched back to Thai and I can't order. Useless!!!

STOP using your current application developer and hire advance developer to do it instead. A lot of bug not only this app. All app in CP Group are BAD experience to use. This program can't even to change delivery address. It choose wrong address by app and can't change it. A Basic function that can't work correctly. Tell your management team.

Every time update, it creates a new icon and when open the app, both icons are deleted. No way to bring the icon back, only have to uninstall and reinstall. Such a pain. It has happened since last December version. Please fix and do QA.

Literally every time I order stuff the address is wrong, the app always change the receive address to the last place I've been to, can't it just relocate every time when I use it??? And when I call them to cancel or trying to communicate the staff just hang up, what the hell?? PS: add chat to the app or else how am I going to talk with a bunch of Thai language only 711 staff?

This app updates a lot. It requires a new version everytime I purchase. It waste my time!

Why can't you make english translation? Shouldn't be that difficult for international company. The app is asking me million things in Thai before I can place my order so I can not even use it.

Are you seriously for a size of new update 21 Mar 237 mb! ? It's very big and unnecessary for an application on phone. I use very often but I'm not happy to update for a new version.

The app have just one language can't order any since I can translate the page to English. I saw CP company replied to people worried about the language in February and March 2021 and it's already getting to a year still no more improvement in the dual language

Only Thai language. Software not working with English and all the time spamming with a lot of message, what you don't want seen.

Persuaded me to use 7-11 app instead of true wallet but it's NOT worth changing at all. Whenever using to pay, app kept running without getting me thru. Made me sick of it.

The app icon disappeared from my screen even though I have money in the wallet. I have to connect the playstore everytime I need to use the wallet to buy something.

Huawei phone has not been able to use the features so far. However, it can function via Dual space. But after the latest update, there's a bug upon picking up products into a cart; it takes forever to download and returns no result. Please bring back compatible features.

No English option, can't register if not a Thai. Every other food delivery and e-commerce app non-Thais can use. Useless app

That's Terrible! I ordered at 10 AM, but I got it at 1 PM. It takes time so long. Then I called back to 7-11 to cancel the order, but no one picked up. Moreover, I didn't get the order completely. Some products were out of stock, but no one called me to tell me anything. I'm done. P.s. I had a meeting, so I thought this application would be convenient. But it's definitely not.

Seem now (March 2022) many people including me cannot use the delivery anymore. I tried many times to uninstalled and reinstalled but still cannot use this function. Facebook admin just keep saying that please reinstall blah blah... 🙄 now I've got covid and have to use Delivery service for self quarantine but CANNOT Use so I have to go to the store and facing people... Good luck 7-11.

Signs in store show three different prices for sale items Regular full price small and crossed out. the big yellow price. 🧐 Discount price does NOT mean sale price for customer If you a one member you see another blue price tag. Yellow price means you need to first buy it at full price. 🤑 Then can use the coupon small barcode on receipt to buy it next time. Confusing...ha. ask a clerk to explain. Bonkers. And the app... Easy. Uninstall it

I find it quite interesting at first but after installing it to my android phone and opening it. I got dismayed to it. It uses Thai and I don't understand the language that the application is using and it can't be changed from Thai to English language. I'll try downloading it again next-time if you could fix this problem I've encountered. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Not have an option for fingerprint scan when need to pay digital wallet??? I think it almost 5 year since the first commercial smartphone with fingerprint scan has been launched. They update the promotion every month. But just everyday used function why still not have??? Every single new advertisement always block the way to make payment ,no way to skip ,very annoyed.I think this way is not the good position for advertisement.

the app has poor design interface. they try to hide theirs products by replacing the promotion things causes very hard to search what to buy. slow late response. alot of disturbing messages and not be screen it out. only thing that this app answers my needs is the local stores can deliver the product.
