Really annoying that it won't let me play music in the background while using this app. Aside from that it pretty much does what I wanted, for one workout, but it'd be nice if the exercises could be randomised so it's not the same ab workout every time. Also the "entire body workout" doesn't include any exercises for the back, a pretty large muscle group, so it's not really a complete workout. Fine app of you just want something to get you moving, but wouldn't recommend for trained users.

A workout app, that's very easy to use, has clear instructions with cool animations. With a bit of encourage you can easily loose a few kgs. The only problem I have is the audio bug: sometimes it doesn't work and I have to restart the app.

overall one of the better apps I've found. it gives intermissions between each exercise and gives a visual for less experienced people who may not know the exercise simply by name. overall a great app. I, however, haven't used it long enough to see any progress... yet 😁👍😂

Only on Day 3 but I love this app. Not only is it free, but it's like having a personal trainer in your living room. Easy to start, but has multiple intensity levels for beginner, intermedia or expert. Easy yo understand and know need your own body weight to do workouts ( at beginner at least). Must try!

Very flexible indeed... Encourages consistency with the reminder option. Very appropriate for beginners who might find the default settings tiring; apart from the option to adjust rest periods, you could also pause when super exhausted at some point. 👌👍👍

i must say it is a good and useful app, i am following 3 sets everyday (full body, belly and leg sets), but one deficiency is that it has no option to sync with google fit, which as an android user is my acrivity log, so i would request the developers to look into it and if possible, to add that feature.

Understand that free apps have to incorporate adds. Don't mind them. But those here wouldn't let go, they prohibit the go back button, and as you look to close them they actually activate links to unwanted pages, a more suggestive nature would make this otherwise very useful app much less annoying.

Good UI, easy to use. However despite downloading the app and opening it up twice and thinking about exercising, i havent seen any progress. Waiting to see if on day 30 the six pack appears as promised.

This app starts out light and works up to a hard workout over thirty days. I feel a lot better now after sixty days of workout. Prep your body a month before or you will hurt. I would recommend this app for most people.
