Love this version with the ticker, beeps, and voice. When I wanted to be able to post my workout on social media other than Google+ (and not just recommend the app) so that virtual partners could encourage me, the developer asked me what I meant and updated the app! Wow!
I love this workout. I've been doing it for a few weeks now. I think it would be even better if a visual timer was add as well as a 5 sec count done to each exercise. Other then that this is a great app, always gets the sweat stared.
Without a trainer and pictoral and tiimer is an awesome trainer on vacation. Wish they have more app so I don't get bored.
Love it, can fit it into the day without a problem. Some exercises are above my level but I simplify them and I will get fit enough to achieve them. Great app. Achievements and leaderboards are inspiring. Great ticking sound to help you pace yourself. Download it.
The list of exercises in the paper is a sample, not a fixed list. Some of these are too hard for women or unsafe for those with hypertension. There are dozens of appropriate exercises that can and should be mixed in to keep muscle memory from setting in.
Wonderful app in 7 minutes my heart is surely pumping I recommand it to everyone works you out. Good 😃
Useful app. Pictures could have been better for some exercises, although you'd have to look through beforehand as there would not be time in session
Options: - last 2 side planks full 30 sec each - visualize clock / countdown timer - turn ticking on/off, leaving final tick. I would turn on all the above.
The App simply does what it was designed to do - time the segments of the 7 Minute Workout and log each workout. There are no settings or options to worry about. Just press start and go. Some day I might want more choices in exercises for the segments, but for now the current set works for me.
This was a great high intensity workout. It seemed like it was no time at all and yet it sure got my heart pumping!
It is spartan and has only the start/pause button. That's why I love it! You are not distracted by useless settings.
Any chance an option could be added to leave out the constant ticking? Leaving just the beeps as it reaches the end of each exercise? Other than that a visual timer showing how many seconds are left would be great. Leadership Board integration is a brilliant idea.
Really nice application! If I could suggest any improvement it would be only to make the calendar editable. It would allow to fill the entries with other activities done on a given day (gym, jogging etc). In any case I'm happy with the application.
This is what every app should be. It should work and only require the minimum permissions to run. Great work dev!
What a great way to get some core concepts into your day! I am a beginner and you can do these exercises at your pace and intensity. The sounds help you know when to expect to switch and the pictures are precise. Anyone can do this!
Quick but challenging. It left my daughter and I huffing and puffing but we finished! Very fun!

You can do anything for 30 seconds! Love this quick workout. Perfect for this stay at home mama who hates working out. So far I do it twice and it makes me sweat!
It will be better if there is different levels in few days... 1 st day lower tempo and lowwer time... 5th day higher .... 10 th day more intensive workout ... P. S sorry 4 bad English

Effective & concise. Can do most anywhere, anytime and easy to follow (though not necessarily at first).
