I have been using this free app for 3 days now. I like how it shows you the exercise before you do it. The 7 minute beginners workout is great because the thought of 7 minutes of exercise is not too off putting for a lazy bones like me! However, it does leave me slightly out of breath so it does feel like it is doing some for me! The only issue for me was I did find the choice of exercises for beginners quite difficult for example full plank and side plank.

I have used other workout apps but this one is the best by far. It is very useful and has definitely helped me get stronger. I like how you can access all of the features of the app without paying. There is very little ads and the ones that there is are very short and you can immediately click out. The app does time per exercise rather than the amount of it. It is easy to navigate and overall a great app.

Really great workouts for various skill levels, but the ad that plays automatically when pressing "start" not only was very sudden and without warning, it keep canceling the workout 6 out of 7 times instead of the workout starting after the ad. That is a pretty big bug when the workouts are the whole point and purpose of the app; if the workout would at least start right after the first ad plays, it'd get a higher score from me.

The volume on the explanatory videos is overwhelming so I need to turn them off before I get a chance to watch. The phone volume control buttons don't work, turning the in-app sound off doesn't work, there is no volume control on the individual videos, and even placing my thumb over the speaker doesn't work. WHY must they be so loud??? I'm sure I'll get past it, but as a newbie I find it very off-putting.

Good but there are some things I don't like. Overall, it's a great app to workout but there are 2 downsides for me personally. 1) There's a countdown with every second that goes by. It's very disturbing for me as I will keep counting the time. I wish there was a setting to turn this off. 2) The custom page has a bit of bugs. There's a really good section that let's me customise my own workout. But for some reason, workouts that I didn't pick during the selection keeps popping out.

Love this app! The built in exercises are great (especially love the repetitive options of doing the same 2 or 3x to increase length of time/calories burnt). I've also built a custom routine which was simple and guided me through the different focus areas (upper body/ lower/ and, etc). I also pair my music with the app (because nothing gets me moving like 90s rock alternative stations!). The one feature I wish were better is that the volume of the app is a little too low even at its highest.

I started with this app to develop a habit of working out at home during the pandemic. I was having difficulty with motivation. So I figured, 7 minutes is nothing! If I can just do 1 every day, maybe I'll develop a habit/routine. Well, it worked. I do workouts elsewhere too, but sometimes this app is perfect. Last night I did 3 different 7 min workouts right before bed. Some days it's just one. Some days I skip. But overall I have begun to crave a workout daily again! Thx!

Very good app. It works flawlessly. Very useful to get back into a routine after a long break. My only request would be a feature to customize the number of reps. I.e. increasing 20sec planks to 40sec. And another one to chain the sets automatically. Example: one lower body, one upper body, one abs in a row.

This app is fine. My issues are that the custom workout option doesn't work for me and the app randomly crashed near the end of my workout. I don't know if it was because I was using Spotify at the same time? They also offered the option of sending me a notification when it's time for my workout, and I agreed. I made sure to turn on notifications and everything, but the app still didn't notify me when I had to workout. The app is okay. Don't know if I would recommend.

It's easy to use and it works extremely well. The best thing about it is that you can create your own workout. The only problem is that the reminder i set for working out only appears in notifications. Can u give it a sound. Something as simple as "Hey it's time to workout" would dp the job.

I like this app and continue to use it, because its easy and doing something is better than nothing. However, I dislike that there are so few workouts without building them myself. I wish there were, at least, some variation and, at best, some incremental changes that would lead to progress.

I love the app and the workout plans that come with it. The issue I have with this app is the functionality itself. I have to Uninstall then reinstall the app every 3 to 4 times I use because of a bug in the app. The app just will not open. I have a brand new note 20 ultra so it most certainly is an app malfunction, rather than the device itself. Wish it didn't have this issue because it has a wonderful program!

I have been using this ap on and off for years. The recent changes are marvelous totally fab. You can create your own workouts and I love the way the ap logs. I do 3x8 min sessions a day, keeps me moving on my desk job. It is also useful for longer and more intense exercise!! 5 stars!!

Enjoy using it so far...got my gym beats on and doing the exercises. I have rhuematoid arthritis and having mobility issues...I modify where I need and can...but 7 mins to help me keep going in my fitness journey is better than sitting on a couch or as I say better than a kick in the pants! So far...so good! Thumbs up!

I saw this in a blog on Flipboard. I've never better utilised 7 minutes of my life. I'm only at the beginners stage and will probably be there for a while but this app has done away with my procrastination around exercising. Now I only need to find 7 minutes. I had this app since whenever on a Windows phone, used and still use it every day in a workout rotation combined going to the gym on weekends and eating good. No joke but I've gotten a six pack out of it and buffen up a lot. Best app I can recommend to someone. This app is the push people need to keep going specially in the beginning.

It's good... And the workouts need to shuffle automatically. Building your own workout often double selects items. Ideally after creation they can be edited. Text for naming workout is white against white background. Videos mixup on second round: 'running in place'.

It goes by quickly! Easy to follow and sufficient time between exercises to switch positions. The voice guide makes it easy to follow and the halfway notification gives you motivation to keep going. This is something I can stick with and do while I travel for work.

Fast, free with minor ads during work out at bottom of the screen. I've only done the basic 7 minute but I'd recommend if that's what you wanted it for. I like that it has a calendar as a record of your workouts too.

The exercises designed are too good and very effective. But the App crashes frequently. Even reinstalling doesn't solve the issue. After multiple crashes, the App work for a day. Next day the same continues.

Very good. Easy to use. Multiple different workouts. However, you can't change the countdown seconds though doesn't matter too much. Would recommend. Fun to use. Fun to use for getting yourself to do exercise.

This app has a lot of options to choose from Various exercises, but it would be good if the voice could be changed. To be honest, this woman's voice doesn't give me that feeling of " i gotta do this workout". Instead her voice is kind of shallow.

Good variety of movements and difficulty levels so I can tailor it to where I'm at. Fair bit of planking, which I can't do due to an injury, but I just do some stretching instead for those minutes of the workout. Good tool!

I can do anything for 7 minutes (30 seconds at a time). This app is helping me get moving after having a baby 3 months ago. Walking wasn't enough, so this I a nice scaling up plan. I especially appreciate the figure moving through the exercise so I can understand it before doing it myself.

This app is great for short but effective excersises. Which means they are easy to do even when you have a tight schedule. If you are looking for lots of long full body workouts this app may not be the best for you!
