I sit at a desk doing hours of detailed computer work. I do this 7 minute routine about every 2 hours to be able to sit longer and still keep the blood flowing. I feel better despite sitting for long periods of time. This app works well for this. I love it!
I think this app is very useful. It helps us to do the exercises in the proper manner, of which most of us actually, have no idea of what kind of workouts suit for them. This app is recommended for those who are really care of their body health.
Great app, but could do with a pause button for new users, took me longer than 7 minutes, and had to keep restarting the app. But well worth the five stars.
Exercises should be explained more. Animations are ambiguous. Plz, keep the beginners in mind. Otherwise well done.
Good as a warm up routine or short burst routine if pressed for time. Should include two lots of side plank though.
Simple an easy to follow. But I hope able to adjust the sound that remind when start and end,its so loud.
it is usable although if you pause it, you have to start over. this is the bug making it 3 stars over 5. Some exercises are quite hard but it is a good work out for beginners.
This app is amazing, even for people my age. The only thing is that you should be able to actualy pause the excersise. If this is fixed it will have 5 stars
Crashes whenever you try and pause it, you can't skip exercises to pick up where you left off
Good thing there is a app like this, so i can do a daily workout or exercise at home..
If this app doesn't make you exercise in the morning, I don't know what would. 7 minutes are just enough to make you get up and start exercising, especially in winter.
Would be nice to be able to set the rest time and training intensity levels. otherwise it would be worth 5 stars
Brand new S7, new install, open the app turn it on and it crashes.
Sensible range of exercises. Full body workout. As high intensity as you can push yourself. Good for maintaining fitness.

It's a great quick workout that really gets your heart pumping. Best part is the 7 minutes flew by!
No countdown, no idea if your working out when one exercise starts and the other begins...
Great to have this app! Good collections of exercise to do everyday with less time consumption but with a great impact. So thanks, i love it.

A Whole Lot To
I've tried a number of exercise apps but this one is by far the most effective and convenient. It's easy to follow with clear and concise instructions and simple but very good animation. It would be nice if it was possible to change the rest time as I have back and heart problems and find it difficult moving directly to the next exercise without a break. Unfortunately when I select rest time during a workout the app crashes and I have to start again.
