It confuses me. I chose Fat Burner at Beginner level. Warm-up took 3 minutes and actual exercises 6.5 minutes. Then it wanted me to do another 13 exercises (6.5 minutes) to complete Day 1. That's 16 minutes total, so why is it called 7 minute workout?! Also, one-arm pushups at beginner level is crazy!

Simple, no frills workout app with easy to use interface. Great selection of built-in exercises. Animations of the exercises is helpful. The pay for your custom routine is fair, I think. Works with a smartwatch, automatically records your workouts to a calendar, which is very handy. Have been using this for about a year now and love it. An update about the new features: some helpful tips about the challenges and trophies would be nice. What's the 7 for 7 challenge mean? And how close am I to getting the Team Captain trophy?

The update states that it added a halfway notification but after a few times I updated the app I still don't get that notification 😥😥..... Despite that, I think that it is the best fitness app on the google play. Just hope it keeps getting better and better 👏👍
