Basic app is fine, glorified timer (which could be really powerful if you could create custom workouts). The extra functionality in the screen shots however doesn't exist so do not pay for it. Really disappointed especially given the additional cost of the Tickr X. Wahoo has nailed the bike computer but fallen way short with the extra functionality here.

It states you get extra workouts by upgrading but that is not for android devices unfortunately. No need to upgrade at this time. I hope they include the alternate workouts in a future update. If the extra workouts were included I would give 5 stars. As a free app I would give 5 stars. It's lacking as a paid app for android devices right now.

complete rip off!! I paid for the pro version and unlocked nothing. went to get a refund but this is not possible so I emailed customer services and they replied with "thank you for your feed back" and that was it! After buying the tickr X to go with this app from wahoo website you would have thought it would be possible to unlock it all for the price of the device. It's very misleading, if I had known its only available on iOS I would have done it on that but I refuse to pay on that now RIP OFF

Great little app, 5 stars even though it's not perfect. I don't want to spend money to find out how much the extra exercises cost. Still a 5 star app, but more clarity here would be nice

Great app, nice and simple with no fluff. It might be nice to have some optional "complications" for some/all of the exercises for when the standard set gets too easy!

Great when short on time or need some cross training from your main sport on rest days. We can all spare 7 minutes, just get done before your shower or use as a warm up before going out for a run. I'm a club cyclists and use this and similar apps to keep me in top form. It is what it is, very simple and works.

This should be removed. Has not been updated since 2016. Would give negative stars if I could. At a minimum they should not be able to charge as there is nothing more you can do, no added functionality. Pissed away my money for nothing. Other free apps out there that do rhe same thing and will actually log your results.

Best 7 minute workout ever. Your whole body feels exhilarated because you have worked every part in 7 minutes. However once it's done I repeat it for a total 14 minute workout which I get more benefit from then walking a 1/2 an hour.

I use this every day and I've lost 20pounds. My daughter noticed a difference in my legs. I stopped for about a month and noticed a big difference so I'm back on it. It's only 7 minutes. I'm telling you this works.
