I thought the workout was pretty good. I have been using the beginners workout for a few days and it does not take long to start getting into shape . I have already lost 6lbs.and I go for a thirty minute walk each day (because it,s easy. I forgot to say that I am 74yrs. and I feel really fit. lastly if I can do this so can you. BH.
I had always rated this app 4 or 5 stars in my head since I have been using it. But at very critical moments, the app has started to hang in the middle of a session which spoils everything. This prompted me to rate and review it for the first time. Very sad.
Really a very helpful app for workout!!! If you have a very busy schedule I am sure enough all of you can spare just 7 mins for your workout and this app helps you in that.
Unhandled error displayed to user. FATAL ERROR in yada yada. App then closes. Non English error report but I'm guessing connected to the fact I was disconnected from the Internet. Should work offline.
I'm 52 & am in menopause .... hoping this will help me to restart a regular pilates workout after a few years off ..... Just challenging enough to keep me interested without it feeling like another daily TO DO added to my busy life! Thank you!
Very good app! I like the mact that it is mechanical and join you diring all the time of the exercise woth motivational quotes and advice!
Outstanding, excellent app for full body workout. My suggestion is that you should download this app for sure if you are concious about your health
There is an error message that pops up. I cant even get to the main workout.
I love this it motivates you to the beat of your ability and it can get hard but it gets easier I lovr it and recommend this app

Seems simple, but it gives results and is challenging.

Doesn't work. I open the app, tells me can't make some random Sprite and than closes. Waste of money

Yesterday my PE teacher introduces us to you.She said this will be helpful to lose weight and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.We all try a 5mins workouts on losing weight and burning belly fat.The video is good and the instructions are clear.There is a easier moves if you can't do, we all do the easier moves since we are all new to this. Guess what?I lose 1kg after doing this exercise. From now on I will keep on using this in order to lose weight and to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Keep it up!

Very well done! I went ahead and paid for the premium version, so I am reviewing that version. I love the animated examples, the tips during the workout, the voice coaching , the timers. The beginners workout is very doable for someone who is obese like me. However, as doable as it was I really broke a sweat! I also loved that it gives you the option to repeat your work out or stop, and then gives you a fitness tip at the end. I will recommend this app to my fitness class.
