Best app, I like the exercises they are challenginge, time countdown is loud clear and visible, I don't need to worry about not hearing the beginning or end of an exercise. My best exercise is the classic body, It's both cardio and strength at the same time.

you're supposed to get this done in 30 days that's 1 month and when you do it for one day it shows and then rest of the days it doesn't it's really annoying I think it's a good app besides that it gives you all the workouts that will help you lose weight so you can try it out if you want. I do really like how it shows the movement in the time you only have 30 seconds to do it and that's not a lot of time I I haven't noticed a lot of lost weight but I'm not very far in to the app

This app has been helping me get thinner. If you don't know the exercise your doing it shows you how to do it and it even has a timer on to show how long you have to do that exercise for . Also you can choose which parts of your body you want to work out. I would definitely recommend this app to people that want to be thinner and more fit.

I like this app alot because of the helpful workout tips. But the video provided is very unnecessary. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the point where it talks about a belly fat reducing tip. And it doesnt even say how to do it and it also says it doesnt work. I stopped watching it because I am pissed I just want to see how I can reduce the fat in my body.

Seems pretty legit. Can't wait, to see if this works. 1 question, Tho. Does, This work for losing weight? Or just getting abs. ✨ I'd be really, Glad if it was for both. I'd probably recommend this. The exercises are really hard! Which makes it easier to lose weight & faster. Exercise for 30-60 days, And then you should lose weight by then. Awesome app I love it!! I'm trying to lose 10-20kg. I have seriously lost so much weight. Infact some things that i could not do now i can do it. It's like magic.Like seriously i am so flexible to extent that things i could not imagine i could do now i can do it. Like how did you know which excercises to pick and which not to pick are you a scientist , doctor , someone who teaches Yoga or you did this exersices so then you made this app and then installed all this exercices and boom you have your app. Because if that was what happened that's nice

I'm literally losing weight. I feel thinner everyday while doing my daily workouts. There's only one thing. You can't eat as much junk food anymore. That's only because it wont be worth it working out. But of course everyone knows that. I give this a 5 star because its working perfectly and every day I wake up in a positive attitude.

Took a while to download but i lot 6g in the first workout. This is the first time ised and would 100% recommend. I am the only one that ises this app and would not use any other the other ones lady's voice is annoying and even gets you distracted. Tou should definitely install this app
