I find the app quite disheartening. The app keeps going off and on on sound even when streaming on wi-fi. You have to keep turning the phone screen on missing sections of what's been said. The app is worse on podcasts. Unless you download the potcast, the app can't play without freezing. At times forcing you to restart the potcast as it refuses to start where it stopped. I have since given up and opted to download whatever I potcast. So, when cellphone screen goes dark, the 702 app goes off!

I prefer listening through the website and bother with the app. The app sound sometimes times out or the app loses signal. And you can't rewind or fast forward the podcasts. If your listening is interrupted you will have to start listening to the podcast from the beginning even though you have 10 minutes of listening left.

I have been a listener since the early years of 702 and cotinue listening. I enjoy listening to 702 due to it being informative. It is However frustrating as it is not easy to get through telephonically. This is understandable as the programmes are time limited. What I also like is walking the talk, as it encourages people to contribute to deserving people/projects. Five Star, unreservedly!!!!! Keep up the good work.

I would legitimately rather rate you with 3.5 stars if such an option was available. Primary things impeding this app from being a 5 star app for me as a user? It's *ANNOYING* how often the audio goes missing at odd and frequent intervals; whether one is enjoying catching up on the news, listening to interviews or even lending an ear to stimulating conversations...THE AUDIO ALWAYS DEPARTS ABRUPTLY FOR ANYWHERE BETWEEN 3 TO 10 SECONDS at least.

Tricks me with ads every time I open app every hour . If I open app once, ad should only play once in a day, regardless of how many times I open it in a day. Everytime I shut app down and open it, I get an ad. Same ad too. People who use the app are the same, we are returning visitors. Annoying To hear the same add all the time

It works very well. Wish one could pause and skip back in the podcasts. In my app it goes all the way back to the start if you have to stop listening in the middle.

Horrible app, live radio keeps on cutting. while listening to podcasts you cannot rewind or fast forward, if you attempt to do that, the podcast starts from the beginning.

the app is few seconds behind from the live FM radio. the app has too many advertisements that are not necessarily on the FM but otherwise is a convenient app and works well and does not use too much data

Easy to operare but the ads at launch are annoying when you quickly wanna hear something. Also stops working at times Otherwise, it is better than most local radio stations apps

It is great while it works. Unfortunately, it is often marred by intermittency and frequent adverts (admittedly the latter might be unavoidable?).

The unnecessary ads get worse when you have an intermittent connection. You end up hearing the ads each time the app reconnects.

The podcast on the app only has full shows and not specific segments of the shows as in the website. Eg. The best of the money show.

The podcast is cumbersome. It's impossible to forward, reverse, or start at a selected point in the program.

It's clear mostly I struggle with low grade Samsung phones. It worked well with Huawei, iPhone and higher grade Samsung cellphones.

The app is excellent in terms of listening to my favorite radio station even when I'm out of Gauteng province and out of reach but I can still reach it with 702 app and for that reason I'm happy.

App is really bad , it buffers and turns off consistently, has no option to control amount of data the app uses

Absolutely brilliant! You can have access to 702 channel anywhere in the world, especially for someone like me who is addicted! I can't start the day without tuning into 702, otherwise I feel am lost

The app is great. The only thing that can be improved if that's possible is to reduce the number of seconds it takes when it start streaming

Great app and i really enjoyed it. The only issue is some podcasts are not available and I find most of them on ITunes.

I been listening to 702 for more than 30 years I really enjoy this radio station. The App is great, I can hear 702 anytime anywhere.
