The app works. But it's a terrible experience when you're trying to park and set it up. I had to download the app on-site over data, create an account, reset my password, and it forced me into purchasing 6 hours of parking. The whole process takes too long. Only reason it's worth it is because the lot I park at is cheap.
App gives zero notification that a particular day is an event day. Typically allotted 10 hours but on event days apparently they're able to shorten the hours with no warning. However, if you use the kiosk in the lot, those people were given the full amount of time. Customer service does nothing to fix the issue except tell you to buy more parking at event price! I'll never park in a lot that uses this app service. I'd rather walk ten blocks.
Horrible user interface and charges you for way more parking than you need but with no option to change the time limit. The parking lot we tried to use had a broken machine so it would force people to use the app. No way we were being scammed by this company so we went to another lot not operated by 717 and saved over $10 for the night. Don't use this app and don't use 717 Parking lots!
Sucks. Tried putting payment info in, wouldn't take PayPal and trying to enter in credit card info wouldn't work because the keyboard didn't have the option to put in a / for the date format that they demanded that we use. The on-site machine didn't work. This company generally sucks
Overpriced parking lots. Wanted $30 where the most expensive non 717 lots in the area were $20. We left and found $10 parking a few blocks away (no further from the arena). Parking lot attendants were not friendly.
Really weird how this app doesn't let you pick to park for a few hours. It exclusively, at least in Tampa, requires you to buy maximum time. So if you want to park in the city for 2 hours, you have to pay $15 for 13 hours of parking you won't even use. Honestly this business model is probably losing you money because all the 717 lots I see are empty, but all the lots run by apps and parking meters that let you pay hourly are packed.
Made me pay over $10 dollars for 13 hours of parking! I was trying the add only 2 more hours! The app doesn't allow you to put in an amount of time. I should be refunded. Then the app was supposed the bakery me when I had 10 minutes beforey time ran out. Luckily, imlooked at the app and it was five minutes before my time was up. Good thing I looked at my phone.
I will never use this app again or any 717 parking. I was unable to add extra time to my parking via the app when I was on the other side of Ybor. When I returned b a half hour later I received a $15 unpaid parking fee, and a $25 notice fee and when I went to pay it online they charged me $5 more all because the app didn't work. F I showed the attendant that I couldn't update via the app and she just shrugged her shoulders. This is how they make extra money but not from me!
beware if you are not familiar with this app. I wanted to find a parking spot for a few hours after I was searching and unfortunately hit the park button and my card was immediately charge. The app button should say park now or allow you to confirm before charging your card immediately. I will never use this app again.
You can't find the lot numbers or the address. The support don't help. They are to busy trying to get rid of you. And payment methods are not right. When looking for monthly. The service is terrible. I have a time to catch a bus. But being delayed cuz the information is inaccuret its horrible.
This is app/company NEEDS a red flag warning!!! If a business is using this app/company for parking, I will go elsewhere. I attempted to extend my time and could not adjust the time period on the app so, I purchased 2 blocks of time for $11. Come to find out that I got a parking ticket and they sent my ticket to a lawyer/collections for an additional $50. So, one use of this app costed me $72 for 4 hours of parking. Nope, never again. Deleting app; negative stars. Fix your app!!!
Horrible company. Does not give you an option to edit your time. You have to pay for a full day. Tried calling customer service and got hung up on. They are crooks. I ended up having to pay $13 to park for about 2 hours. That is highway robbery. Stay away! I'll never park in any lot owned by these crooks again.
Gotta do too much just to park in one of their lots. You're pulling out cards, pressing buttons, going back and forth to your car for license number, VIN number, and it's just frustrating.
The parking lot nor the app give you any Options for parking. We arrived at 3:15 and had to pay $12 till 4:00 p.m. There were no other options listed. Then at 4:00 p.m. The only option was to pay $10 through 6:00 AM. We only wanted to stay here for few hours from 3 to 6 and it cost us 22
It's absolutely stupid for the same company to have multiple parking apps. After downloading and going thru registration only to be told I already had account, since I guess the apps share login credentials.. frustrating It took me 15 minutes to park only to see a "easier way to park" banner... yea
It was a bit extension ti complete let aline figure out. No discount using it but the guard told me there would be. Stores your license & credit card. I dont like that.
I hate this app also, this app has different rates than when you pay in person or at a machine nearby, why is that? And why can't you add more time from the app? Tampa SUCKS as well as those who are in charge of the 717 parking. Tampa is making a killing on parking fees!!!
Won't let you pay for anything less than maximum time. Payed 15 dollars for a 45 minute park, and its been an issue every time I've had to use the app over the last 3 years.
Do NOT park ANY where with this company. Total fraud setup. Paid for parking a few times and been TOWED TWICE after valid payment on app. Customer service is limited hours so if you get towed you have NO one to contact and business refuses to credit anything and makes excuses. Avoid this company by any and all means!
Select PayPal option to pay and it is in a foreign language. Still able to add the account and go through payment. Then It just kicks me back to the parking screen.
This app sucks, instead you pay for the time used, it charge you for almost all day. Stay away from it, I will remove my card and uninstall the app as soon as the time ends.
They over charge you and cut your time short and customer service can't fix the problem. I won't park in the lot anymore it's that bad. I'd rather walk half way across town than use this company again
There is no reason to park in these expensive and unkempt lots when you can access cheaper parking garages in the same areas. I paid $13 for 6 hours when i could have stayed in a shaded parking deck for $9 all day.
Won't let you change parking time from the maximum leading to over charges when parked for short time periods. Confirmed on multiple devices
Max time mandatory is greedy B.S! The inability to pick an hour or 30min is stupid and greedy. I'm so tired of everybody squeezing every God damned dime out of us they can. Never again. Once I'm done I will uninstall and never use the app or parking lots associated with them again. Greedy, greedy, greedy and I'm done with it.
Makes it very easy to pay for parking. No more walking back & forth to the payment kiosk or having to post a receipt in the window.
Downloaded the app while standing in line at the box. Completed the download and the transaction quicker than everyone else in line. You will need your plate number.
It's overflow parking that doesn't give you the option to pay for less than 12 hours. I don't need near that long. Other than that it's a good spot. My last day here for a few so I paid over $25 for 14 hours and 7 minutes.
Unable to change the amount of time purchased. Always charges the maximum. I just paid for 10 hours of parking to have lunch. Ridiculous.
Gave wrong directions on where to park, ended up parking in a different lot based on the entrance location. Have tried 2 emails now to get a refund for that $25 charge with no assistance, let alone a response. Second time, wanted to pay on the app, but it was $22 cheaper to pay at meter! I suggested that you choose a different lot and definitely do not waste your time and $$money$$ on this app!
